Objective: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of ultrasonic instrumentation with different application periods on pull out of two types of post and core systems. Material and method: Sixty human maxillary central incisors single rooted teeth were selected. For each tooth the crown was removed by horizontal sectioning, perpendicular to the long axis 2 mm above the labial CEJ, canal were endodontically treated, and the roots were embedded in acrylic resin blocks. The post holes were prepared and root canal impressions were taken with wax
