Evaluation of shear bond strength between fissure sealant and enamel margin following application of two different lasers : In vitro study / تقييم قوة الرابطة القصيه بين مادة مانعه التسرب ومينا الاسنان بعد تعريضها لنوعين مختلفين من الليزر : دراسة معملية Ehab Mohamed Elsayed Radwan ; Supervised Mostafa Essam Ghieth , Mohamed Abouelyazeed Ahmed , Haythem Samir Moharrum - Cairo : Ehab Mohamed Elsayed Radwan , 2014 - 87 Leaves : charts , facsimiles ; 30cm

75 sound buccal premolar surfaces were selected and divided into 3 groups(n=25) group 1 the control group gruop 11 CO2 laser treated and group 111 Er , YSGG laser treated . 20 specimens from each group were subjected to shear bond strength testing examined under the ESEM . The remaining 5 specimens from each group were subjected to vertical cutting in the middle of the sealant block and examined by ESEM. Shear bond strength results revealed that group (III) showed the highest values and the sealant-enamel interface was not easily distinguished with a sealant overextension on the enamel surface unlike the other groups
