Fifty broiler baby chicks (7 days old) divided into 2 groups each 25 birds (test and control), as well as 30 egg laying hens in production phase (130 days old), were divided into two groups each 15 birds (Test and control groups), tested groups were injected S/C with newly developed aflatoxin B₁ vaccine that was prepared by conjugation of aflatoxin B₁ with bovine serum albumin (BSA), and was mixed with Isa 70 montained oil adjuvant. The experiment began by injecting the birds in the treatment groups with 1st dose of vaccine followed by a booster dose with 2 weeks interval , one week following the booster dose, the birds of both treatment and control groups were challenged with aflatoxin B₁ prepared contaminated diet (78æg / kg.) for 17 days, the whole experimental period was 45 days during which serum samples were collected at (0, 14, 21, 28, 45) days of the experiment for evaluation of aflatoxin B1 specific antibodies production using enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay(ELISA), the titres in chicken sera reached 3200 ELISA units /ml after the booster dose. AFB₁ residues were detected in breast muscles of challenged non immunized birds (34.3 - 49.0 pg/g), and were not detected in those received the vaccine, in addition AFB₁ residues were detected in liver of challenged non immunized birds (16 - 25 pg / g), and were not detected in birds received the vaccine. AFB₁ residues were detected in eggs of challenged non immunized birds (0.2 pg/g) and were not detected in birds received the AFB₁ vaccine
