Shoulder pain is very common complaint particularly between old age, ACJ pathologies are common causes of shoulder pain. ACJ can be affected in the same way other joints of body affected .dynamic US has an uprising role in evaluation of ACJ as safe ,fast ,widely availble,low cost and dynamic investigational tool. Using sonography as a first-line investigative tool can either eliminate the need for further investigation or serve as a guide for further imaging and management
