The present study was designed to detect the toxic effect of cisplatin on the liver of adult male albino rats and the possible therapeutic role of PRP versus silymarin in treatment of such toxicity. Sixty rats were used in the present study and divided into six groups. The present work concluded that cisplatin had a hepatotoxic effects meanwhile PRP was better than silymarin in treatment of such toxicity
