Purpose: to evaluate the efficacy of pelvic floor exercises on patients suffering post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence. Methods: systematic review of all published studies with all research designs except expert opinions. A search was made in Medline, Cochrane library, PEDro and Google scholar; from the earliest date to 2011. Interventions: pelvic floor exercises performed by physical therapist in patients suffering from post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence. Results: only fourteen studies met the inclusion criteria. Meta-Analysis could be done and the current level of evidence to support the effectiveness of pelvic floor exercises on post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence is strong. Conclusions: the current level of evidence support the effectiveness of pelvic floor exercises to reduce the frequency of leakage is good
