The liver of sea bream is covered by a thin fibrous connective tissue capsule The parenchyma of the liver is not divided into lobules Vascular elements , venous , arterial , and bile ducts , are scattered randomly within the parenchyma Hepatic sinusoids appeared wide , irregular and tortuous Venous - biliary - arteriolar structure are the more common association in the parenchyma The biliary tree is formed of canaliculi , preductules ductules and ductsHepatopancreas disributed around portal vein and it's tributries Different cells rather than hepatocytes are observed in the parenchyma Melanomacrophage centers , bile preductular cells , fibroblast like cells , Ito cell
