Was to compare macular, GCC, RNFL and choroidal thickness in patients with systemic vasculitis (with and/or ocular vasculitis) to those of healthy control subjects, using EDI- OCT. Cases without clinically detectable ocular vasculitis were followed up for the possibility of developing detectable signs of ocular vasculitis. Patients & Methods: This is an observational, case-control, non-randomized study that was performed on 79 eyes of 79 patients. Thirty-nine eyes of 39 patients were diagnosed with systemic vasculitis and subdivided into two subgroups group B1; 19 eyes of 19 patients with ocular inflammation and group B2; 20 eyes of 20 patients without ocular inflammation that were followed up 6 months later, all were compared to 40 eyes of 40 healthy patients (control group A) Undergoing macular B Scans and enhanced depth image (EDI) spectral domain OCT
