Summary, etc.	إن الشعور الدينى غريزة أساسية لدى الإنسان، تختلف من شخص إلى آخر يولد ويعيش بها، ولم تكن ظاهرة اجتماعية من صنع المجتمعات، وإنما طبيعة فطرية؛ ولهذا فإن نشأة المعتقدات والمقدسات الدينية لم تتأخر عن نشأة الإنسان والجماعات الإنسانية، فالفطرة السليمة تصل إلي وحدانية الخالق جل وعلا، والأديان باقية ما بقيت الإنسانية؛ لأنها تخاطب الإنسان وترده إلى فطرته وعقيدته وتوجه له سلوكاً وتُلقى عليه تكليفاً. وقد سارعت الدول إلى حماية المعتقدات والمقدسات الدينية فى قوانينها الداخلية لهذا السبب، ولكن أمام حرية الرأى والتعبير التى هي من الركائز الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان توقفت بعض الدول عن حماية الأديان بزعم حرية الرأى والتعبير، ومنها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، حيث قررت المحكمة العليا بها بصدد الدين ”إننا أمة متدينة، ونظمنا كلها تفترض الإيمان بخالق أعلى، كما أنها تكفل حرية العبادة على النحو الذي يختاره الأفراد، وتسمح باختلاف الأنظار إلى أبعد مدى في العقائد، ووسائل تلبية الحاجات الروحية، وليس في الدستور نص واحد يلزم الدولة بإتخاذ موقف عدائي من الأديان”. ومن الملاحظ أن هذه الحماية لحرية العقيدة سواء من الدستور أو من المحكمة العليا لم تكن موجهة إلإلى العقائد الدينية في مضمونها بقدر ما كانت موجهة إلى حرية الأفراد في الاعتقاد، فإذا كانت حرية الاعتقاد يجب أن تحمى، فإن الدين نفسه خارج عن هذه الحماية، وذلك تمشياً مع مبدأ فصل الدين عن الدولة.

Summary, etc.	Religious feeling is a basic human instinct that differs from one person to another who is born and lives in it. It was not a social phenomenon created by societies, but rather an innate nature. Therefore, the emergence of religious beliefs and sanctities did not lag behind the emergence of man and human groups. Common sense reaches the oneness of the Creator, the Exalted, and religions remain as long as humanity remains. Because it addresses the human being, restores him to his nature and creed, directs him in behavior and places an assignment on him. Countries have rushed to protect religious beliefs and sanctities in their internal laws for this reason, but in the face of freedom of opinion and expression, which is one of the basic pillars of human rights, some countries have stopped protecting religions under the pretext of freedom of opinion and expression, including the United States of America, where the Supreme Court decided in the matter of religion.<br/>We are a religious nation, and all of our systems presume belief in a higher Creator, and they also guarantee freedom of worship in the manner chosen by individuals, and allow differing views to the widest extent in beliefs and means of meeting spiritual needs.
