| Summary, etc. | ظهرت على الساحة المعمارية ظاهرة التوسع الراسي بجانب التوسع الافقي في المناطق السياحية الساحلية في مصر، ويعرض هذا البحث الدواعي الأساسية التي ادت الي التوجه الي اقامة مثل هذه المنشآت وذلكعن طريق رصد المنشآت والمجمعات السياحية وشرح المؤثرات العامة التي أدت إلى تطور هذا النوعمن المنشآت، ويتضمن البحث أيضا استعراض بعض الأسس والمبادئ والمعايير العامة لضبط العملية التصميمية والقيمة العمرانية وتحليل لبعض المشروعات السياحية القائمة بالسواحل المصرية ما بين التوسع الافقي والراسي بهدف إجراء دراسة تقييمية ما بين التكلفة التقديرية لأعمال الإنشاءات وكذلك القيمة التقديرية للمبيعات وقياس اقبال القوى الشرائيةوايضاالقيمة العمرانية من خلال تقييم الأسعار التقديرية لكل فترة زمنية تم إنشاء المشروع بها سواءا كان التوسع الرأسي او الأفقي ومدى ملائمتها للنطاقات التنموية للسواحل المصرية. |
