The identities of candidate genera capable of growing with crude oil were confirmed by the 16S rRNA (for bacteria) and 18S rRNA (for fungi). | Summary, etc. | تم الحصول على اجمالي 614 عزلة بكتيرية و 31 عزلة فطرية. تم تأكيد هويات الأجناس المرشحة القادرة على النمو مع النفط الخام بواسطة 16S rRNA (للبكتيريا) و 18S rRNA (للفطريات). تنتمي العزلات البكتيرية إلى خمسة أجناس من Pseudomonas و Alcaligenes و Bacillus و Dietiza و Streptomyces. كانت العزلات الفطرية الأربعة مرتبطة ب Aspergillus. برز Bacillus subtilis RGB6 كأفضل عامل تكسير بكتيري للزيت الخام (68.3٪) بينما فطر Aspergillus terreus RGF3 بنسبة 86.5٪. |
