| Summary, etc. | This work was carried out to study the effect of dry yeast (1 g Sc / kg diet) and yeast cell wall (0.3 g YC / kg diet) and yeast extract (0.7 g YE / kg diet) on the broilers growth performance (live body weight, body weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, mortality rate and some carcass traits), some hematological and biochemical blood parameters, microbiology, immunological and histological measurements during the experimental period (1 to 35 days of age).<br/>A total number of 192 one day old male broilers chicks (Cobb 500were randomly distributed into four treatment groups of 48 chicks each with 4 replicates (12 chicks of each) from 3 days after hatch (experimental initiation) to the end of the experiment at 5 weeks old (experimental termination).<br/>Results obtained indicated, significant improvement in LBW at 6 weeks of age, BWG and FCR at 6 weeks of age in the group fed diet containing 0.1 % Sc, comparing with those receiving 0.03% YC or 0.07% YE.<br/>Villus height and Crypt depth for each of small intestine (duodenum, jejunum and ileum) significantly increased with the level of 0.1 % Sc and 0.03 % YC while compared with control and 0.07 % YE, but Tb, Alb, Glb and Glucose concentrations had significantly increased with the level of 0.1 % Sc and 0.07 % YE. The activity of both AST and ALT significantly decreased at the level of 0.1 % Sc and 0.07 % than the other levels, also significant variations between control and other treatment in the ALP activity were recorded. |

| Summary, etc. | أجريت هذه الدراسة في وحدة أبحاث الدواجن ، قسم التطبيقات البيولوجية ، شعبة تطبيقات النظائر المشعة ، مركز البحوث النووية ، هيئة الطاقة الذرية المصرية بانشاص خلال الفترة من أكتوبر إلى ديسمبر 2017. أجريت هذه الدراسة لتقييم تأثير الخميرة الكاملة و جدار خلية الخميرة ومستخلص الخميرة على أداء النمو ، ومقاييس الدم والقياسات الميكروبيولوجية و المناعية والتشريحية لبداري التسمين . 1- تصميم التجربة : أ. الطيور: نفذت التجربة تحت التصميم العشوائي الكامل (CRD) ، مع أربع معاملات وأربع مكررات لكل معاملة (12 طائر / لكل منهم) في وحدة أبحاث الدواجن ، قسم التطبيقات البيولوجية ، شعبة تطبيقات النظائر المشعة ، هيئة الطاقة الذرية المصرية. تم توزيع عدد إجمالي 192 كتكوت من ذكور دجاج التسمين عمره يوم واحد (كوب 500) عشوائياً على أربع مجموعات معاملة مكونة من 48 كتكوت لكل منها 4 مكررات (12 كتكوت لكل منها) من 3 أيام بعد الفقس (بدء التجربة) حتى النهاية في عمر 5 أسابيع (انتهاء التجربة). كان للكتاكيت من جميع المجموعات التجريبية نفس متوسط وزن الجسم الأولي تقريبًا ولم يكن هناك اختلاف إحصائيًا. |
