| Summary, etc. | This study aimed to determine flipped learning strategy’s effectiveness on developing secondary school students’ EFL communicative writing skills. The participants in this study comprised sixty first-year secondary school students. The study employed two groups, which were categorized into an experimental group (n=30) and a control one (n=30). The study instruments were comprised of EFL communicative writing skills checklist, a pre-post communicative writing test, and a scoring rubric. The study’s findings revealed that the experimental group students scored significantly higher than those in the control group on the EFL communicative writing skills test, mainly those of format, purpose, organization, language, and content. Consequently, flipped learning proved to be an effective strategy for refining EFL communicative writing if properly applied. |

| Summary, etc. | استهدفت هذه الدراسة التحقّق من فاعلية استراتيجية التعلّم المقلوب في تنمية مهارات الكتابة التواصلية باللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية لدى طلّاب الصفّ الأول الثانويّ، وقد استخدم الباحث التصميم شبه التجريبيّ باستخدام مجموعتين (تجريبية -ضابطة)، وتمّ إعداد أدوات البحث التي تشمل: (قائمة مهارات الكتابة التواصلية، واختبار قَبليّ وبَعديّ، ودلیل رصد درجات الكتابة). هذا وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بمتوسّط درجات كلّ من المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البَعديّ، وذلك في اختبار الكتابة التواصلية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية عند مستوى دلالة 0,01 %. كما أشار التحليل الإحصائيّ إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بمتوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القَبليّ والبَعديّ لاختبار الكتابة التواصلية لصالح التطبيق البَعديّ عند مستوى دلالة0,01 %. وبذلك أثبتت هذه الدراسة فاعلية استراتيجية التعلّم المقلوب في تنمية مهارات الكتابة التواصلية باللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية في حال ما إذا تمّ تطبيقها بشكل صحيح. |
