سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى رصد وتوصيف وتحليل استخدامات كبار السن في مصر لكل من وسائل الإعلام التقليدية – الجرائد الورقية والمجلات والراديو والتليفزيون - ووسائل الإعلام الجديدة المعتمدة على الإنترنت ومنها المواقع الإخبارية ومواقع الصحف الإلكترونية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمواقع الإذاعية ومواقع القنوات التليفزيونية العربية ومواقع القنوات التليفزيونية الأجنبية الناطقة بالعربية.<br/>واستهدفت الباحثة من هذه الدراسة التعرف على دوافع استخدام كبار السن لوسائل إعلامية معينة وأسباب عدم استخدامهم لوسائل أخرى، وكذلك التعرف على عادات التعرض والاستخدام والقوالب الإعلامية والمضامين الأكثر جذبا لكبار السن ومقترحاتهم لتطوير الأداء الإعلامي شكلا ومضمونا ليصبح أكثر جذبا وإفادة لهم.<br/>انطلقت الدراسة من مدخل الاستخدامات والإشباعات كإطار نظري لها، وطبقت على عينة قوامها 400 مفردة من كبار السن في القاهرة والجيزة والقليوبية، وتم سحب العينة بأسلوب العينة العمدية المتاحة غير الاحتمالية. وتم استخدام منهج المسح الإعلامي، وأداة الاستقصاء لجمع بيانات الدراسة، ثم أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية للمقارنة بين ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج.<br/>من أبرز نتائج الدراسة:<br/>نسبة كبيرة من عينة الدراسة (87%) ما زالوا يقرؤون الجرائد، بينما تراجعت نسبة قراءة المجلات لأقل من 10% من العينة.<br/>13% فقط من عينة الدراسة يستمعون للراديو، وحصل البرنامج اللعام على الترتيب الأول بين الإذاعات التي يستمعون إليها ثم إذاعة الكبار، وتراجعت إذاعة القرآن الكريم للترتيب الخامس.<br/>كل عينة الدراسة يشاهدون التليفزيون، وكلهم كذلك يستخدمون وسائل الإعلام الجديدة.<br/>المضامين السياسية والخدمية أكثر ما يقبل كبار السن على متابعته في وسائل الإعلام.<br/>وأوصت الدراسة بمزيد من السعي لإدماج كبار السن في المجتمع وتوطيد علاقاتهم بالأجيال الأصغر سنا، وتغيير الصور الذهنية المغلوطة السائدة عن كبار السن، وتخصيص منصات إعلامية لدعم قضاياهم وإشراكهم في صياغة المواد الإعلامية المقدمة لهم. كما أوصت الدراسة بالسعي إلى تفعيل علاقة كبار السن بالإعلام الجديد، وكذلك بإجراء مزيد من البحوث الإعلامية من قبل المراكزالبحثية لتوفير مزيد من المعلومات الأكثر قربا من الواقع عن كبار السن.<br/> |

The current study sought to monitor, characterize and analyze the uses of the elderly in Egypt for each of the traditional media - newspapers, magazines, radio and television - and new media based on the Internet, including - news sites, electronic press sites, social media, radio sites, Arab TV channels sites and Arabic-speaking foreign television channels sites.<br/>In this study, the researcher aimed to identify the motives of the elderly's use of certain media and the reasons for not using other means, as well as to identify the habits of exposure and use, the media templates and contents most attractive to the elderly, and their recommandations for the development of media performance in form and content to become more attractive and useful to them.<br/>The study started from the approach of uses and gratifications as a theoretical framework for it, and it was applied to a sample of 400 elderly individuals in Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia. The media survey methodology and the survey tool were used to collect the study data, then the methodological comparison method to compare the results reached.<br/>The most prominent results of the study:<br/>A large percentage of the study sample (87%) still read newspapers, while the percentage of reading magazines decreased to less than 10% of the sample.<br/>Only 13% of the study sample listen to the radio, and the public program ranked first among the radio stations that they listen to, followed by the elderly radio station, and the Holy Qur’an radio station fell to the fifth rank. All of the study sample watch television, and all of them also use new media.<br/>The political and service contents are what the elderly are most likely to follow in the media.<br/>The study recommended fertur efforts to integrate the elderly into society and consolidate their relations with the younger generations, change the prevalent misconceptions about the elderly, and allocate media platforms to support their issues and involve them in formulating the media materials presented to them. The study also recommended seeking to activate the relationship of the elderly with the new media, as well as conducting more media research by research centers to provide more information that is closer to reality about the elderly<br/> |
