| Summary, etc. | This study analyzes the impact of internal corporate governance mechanisms on profitability by an empirical<br/>study in Egyptian Real Estate Corporations. The analysis is achieved using panel data analysis for a sample of<br/>30 Egyptian real estate corporations for period from 2011 to 2019.According to the literature review findings<br/>and the research problem, the researcher selected the important variables, which could explain the impact of<br/>internal corporate governance mechanisms on profitability in Egyptian real estate corporations. ROA (Return<br/>on Assets), ROE (Return on Equity), Number of BOD members (NBD), The number of independent members<br/>in BOD (IBD), Women number in BOD (WBD), The number or proportion of shares held by BOD members<br/>(SBD), Total Assets, Corporate age and Leverage. The statistical analysis will be done using STATA and<br/>regression models used to relieve biases and provide further strength for the results.<br/>This study has aimed by the results of this research will solve the problem identified later and afford some<br/>groundwork upon which a more detailed evaluation could be based in the future.<br/>The study provides useful recommendations for Egyptian listed real estate corporation’s financial policy<br/>makers and proposes future research related to The Impact of internal corporate governance mechanisms on<br/>profitability. |
