| Summary, etc. | من الملاحظ عند دراسة "ولاية الفقيه" لدى الشيعة الإثنى عشرية، في الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، وجود حالة من الجدال حولها، تتعلق بالمنظور النقلي والمنظور العقلي لها، مما يدفعنا إلى البحث عن أصولها النقلية والعقلية لدى علماء ومفكري إيران. <br/>ولذلك ركزت تلك الدراسة على كشف العلاقة الجدلية بين العقل والنقل حول ولاية الفقيه عند كل من الخميني "المرشد الأعلى الأول للجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية"، وعند مرتضى مطهري "أحد أبرز منظري الثورة الإيرانية"، وتأثير رؤيتهم على تقسيمات القوى السياسية، وتأثير ذلك على الأوضاع الداخلية في الشعب الإيراني.<br/>ينقسم البحث إلى مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة:<br/> الفصل الأول: ولاية الفقيه بين المنظور الديني والمنظور الفلسفي<br/> يسعى الفصل الأول إلى الوقوف على المعتقدات الشيعية الخاصة بانتظار الإمام الغائب وكيف تمكن العلماء من الوصول إلى نظرية تُخرج الشيعة من مرحلة الانعزال والإنغلاق السياسي التي عاشوها بعد غياب الإمام المهدي عندهم.<br/>وينقسم إلى مبحثين:<br/>المبحث الأول: فلسفة ولاية الفقيه عند الشيعة الإيرانيين.<br/>المبحث الثاني: ولاية الفقيه وأسانيدها المذهبية عند العلماء الإيرانيين.<br/> الفصل الثاني: منظور ولاية الفقيه بين الخميني ومرتضى مطهري<br/>يوضح هذا الفصل كيف برر الخميني نظرية ولاية الفقيه بالحاجة إلى إمام أو حاكم يدير أمر الأمة ويحفظ نظام البلاد في عصر غيبة الإمام الثاني عشر للشيعة. كما توضح كيف استند مرتضى مطهري في إثبات ولاية الفقيه على إشكالية العلاقة بين الإسلام والقومية في إيران.<br/>وينقسم إلى مبحثين: <br/>المبحث الأول: ولاية الفقيه من المنظور النقلي عند الخميني.<br/>المبحث الثاني: ولاية الفقيه من المنظور العقلي عند مرتضى مطهري.<br/> الفصل الثالث: أثر رؤية الخميني ومرتضى مطهري على المنظور السياسي<br/>يبحث ذلك الفصل كيف أن الحدود والصلاحيات التي يرى الشيعة ضرورة أن يتمتع بها الولي الفقيه كانت محل خلاف حتى بين المُعلم "الخميني" وتلميذه "مرتضى مطهري". كما يحاول الكشف عن استخدام الدين وتوظيفه في صنع القرار في الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، وفي رسم سياساتها الداخلية.<br/>وينقسم إلى مبحثين:<br/>المبحث الأول: حدود وصلاحيات ولاية الفقيه بين الخميني ومرتضى مطهري.<br/>المبحث الثاني: تأثير المنظور السياسي للخميني ومرتضى ومطهري على تقسيمات القوى السياسية.<br/> خاتمة: تتضمن ملخص لأهم النتائج التي توصل لها البحث.<br/><br/> |

| Summary, etc. | It is noticeable when studying the "Velayat –e Faqih" among the Twelver Shiites in the Islamic Republic of Iran, there is a state of controversy about it, related to the transport perspective and the mental perspective of it, which leads us to search for its transport and mental origins among Iranian scientists and thinkers.<br/>Therefore, that study focussed on revealing the dialectical relationship between reason and transportation about the Velayat –e Faqih for Khomeini, the "first supreme guide of the Islamic Republic of Iran", and at Murtada Motahari, "one of the most prominent theorists of the Iranian revolution", and the influence of their vision on the divisions of political<br/>The research is divided into an introduction and three chapters and a conclusion:<br/>Chapter one: Velayat –e Faqih between religious perspective and philosophical perspective<br/>The first chapter seeks to identify Shiite beliefs about waiting for the absent imam and how scholars were able to reach the theory of Shiites' graduation from the stage of isolation and political closure that they lived after the absence of Imam Mahdi.<br/>It is divided into two topics:<br/>The first topic: the philosophy of Velayat –e Faqih among Iranian Shiites.<br/><br/>The second topic: Velayat –e Faqih and its sectarian support among Iranian scholars.<br/>Chapter two: The perspective of the Velayat –e Faqih between Khomeini and Martada Motahari.<br/>This chapter explains how Khomeini justified the theory of Velayat –e Faqih with the need for an imam or ruler who manages the nation and preserves the country's order in the era of the absence of the twelfth imam of Shiites. It also explains how Morteda Motahari based his proof of the velayat-e faqih on the problem of the relationship between Islam and nationalism in Iran.<br/>It is divided into two topics:<br/>The first topic: Velayat –e Faqih from the transportation perspective of Khomeini.<br/>The second topic: Velayat –e Faqih from the mental perspective of Mortada Motahari.<br/>Chapter three: The impact of Khomeini and Mortada Motahari's vision on the political perspective<br/>That chapter examines how the limits and powers that Shiites believe the need for the jurist to have were disputed even between Khomeini's teacher and his disciple, Motada Motahari. It is also trying to detect the use of religion and its use in decision-making in the Islamic Republic of Iran and in shaping its internal policies.<br/>It is divided into two topics:<br/>The first topic: the limits and powers of the Velayat –e Faqih between Khomeini and Mortada Motahari.<br/>The second topic: the impact of the political perspective of Khomeini and mortada Motahari on the divisions of political forces.<br/>Conclusion: includes a summary of the most important findings of the research.<br/> |
