| Summary, etc. | تُعد العلاقات الروسية الأفريقية من الموضوعات الهامة التي تستحق الاهتمام، بحكم الروابط والصلات <br/>التاريخية كونها علاقات قوية راسخة تمتد لفترة طويلة الأمد منذ فترة التحرر الوطني والحرب الباردة <br/>حتى اللحظة الراهنة، وهي علاقات اعتمدت علي التعاون في مجالات مختلفة سواء كانت تجارية، أو <br/>أمنية، أو عسكرية، وكذلك على الميراث التاريخي الجيد حيث لم تكن روسيا دولة استعمارية، وكونها <br/>قدمت مساعدات عدة للدول الأفريقية لمساعدتها على نيل الاستقلال، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة <br/>العلاقات الروسية الأفريقية في ظل الأحداث المتغيرة على الصعيد العالمي.<br/>اعتمدت منهجية الدراسة علي رصد وتحليل كافة أشكال التعاون بين الجانبين الروسي والأفريقي.<br/>وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج رئيسية أهمها؛ على الرغم من التاريخ الطويل للعلاقات الروسية الأفريقية <br/>إلا أنه من الملاحظ أن فترة الانقطاع الروسي عن القارة بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة وحتى بداية الألفية <br/>الثالثة كان لها تأثيرها السلبي على تراخي العلاقات وانحسارها لصالح دول أخري مثل الصين وأمريكا، <br/>وكذلك القوة الدولية الوسطي مثل الهند وتركيا وغيرهم، ويتضح ذلك من انخفاض حجم التبادل التجاري<br/>بين الجانبين حتى مع دولة مثل جنوب أفريقيا والتي تعد عضواً في البريكس مع روسيا، ومن جانب آخر <br/>تمثلت أهم أشكال لتعاون في العلاقات العسكرية والأمنية سواء صفقات الإمداد بالأسلحة او المشاركة في <br/>التدريبات العسكرية.<br/> |
