| Summary, etc. | نتيجة النمو العمرانى المتسارع في الفترة الأخيرة فإن هذا البحث يهتم بالتعرف على الأساليب التكنولوجية الحديثة لرصد ونمذجة ومحاكاة وتحليل النمو العمرانى، والمقارنة بين نموذجى ( الخلايا ذاتية الحركة-سلسلة ماركوف) و (الخلايا ذاتية الحركة-سلسلة ماركوف-الانحدار اللوجستى) من حيث دقة النتائج و مخرجات كل نموذج. وفى ضوء ذلك يتكون البحث من جزئين الجزء النظرى والجزء العملى، يستعرض الجزء النظرى المفاهيم الأساسية حول النمو العمرانى والمفاهيم المرتبطة به، كما يتناول عرض نماذج محاكاة النمو العمرانى و التعرف على الية عمل كل نموذج. كما يقوم البحث في الجزء التطبيقى بتطبيق النموذجين ( الخلايا ذاتية الحركة-سلسلة ماركوف) و (الخلايا ذاتية الحركة-سلسلة ماركوف-الانحدار اللوجستى) والتأكد من دقتهم ومن ثم إستخدام النموذج (الخلايا ذاتية الحركة-سلسلة ماركوف-الانحدار اللوجستى) للتوقع بالنمو المستقبلية لمدن الدراسة (بنى سويف-المنيا-اسيوط) للأعوام (2030-2040-2050). |

| Summary, etc. | As a result of the rapid urban growth in the recent period, this research is concerned with identifying modern technological methods for monitoring, modeling, simulating and analyzing urban sprawl, and comparing the models (Cellular Automata - Markov chain) and (Cellular Automata - Markov chain - Logistic regression) in terms of the accuracy of the results and outputs of each model. So, the research consists of two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part reviews the basic concepts about urban sprawl and related concepts. It also deals with presenting urban sprawl simulation models and identifying the mechanism of action of each model. In the applied part, the research applies the two models (Cellular Automata - Markov chain) and (Cellular Automata - Markov chain - Logistic regression) and ensuring their accuracy, and then using the model (Cellular Automata - Markov chain - Logistic regression) to predict future extensions of cities The study (Beni Suef-Menya-Asuit) for the years (2030 - 2040 - 2050). |
