| Summary, etc. | هدفت مشكلة الدراسة إلى فهم دور القنوات الفضائية تحديداً في تشكيل هذه الصورة في تشكيل هذه العلاقة بين مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية، وتأثير تلك العلاقة على الساحة السياسية العربية. وتحليل أطر المعالجةالإعلامية للموضوعات ذات العلاقة بالعلاقات السعودية والمصرية، وتحديد طبيعة التأثيرات المعرفية والوجدانية التي تمارسها القنوات الفضائية على النخبة السعودية والمصرية في معرفة تلك العلاقة ، ورأى النخبة السعودية والمصرية انعكاس الصورالمتبادلة بين السعودية ومصر فى التغطية الإعلامية وآراءها حول تلك الصورة. ، أستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلى بالتطبيق على عينة من نشرات القننوات الفضائية الأخبارية من السعودية ومصر، والدراسة الميدانية تم اختيار عينة عمدية قوامها (232) مبحوثا من النخبة السعودية والمصرية (الاعلامى- الأكاديمي- سياسي) أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم القضايا و الموضوعات العربية الواردة في الأخبار العربية عينة الدراسة:هي الأزمة السودانية فى المرتبة الأولى ، يليهافى المرتبة الثانية موقف مصر والسعودية من القضية الفلسطينية ، وفى المرتبة الثالثة العلاقات السعودية-المصرية ، ثم الأزمة السورية فى المرتبة الرابعة ، وفى المرتبة الخامسة العلاقات العربية- العربية ،ويليها العلاقات السعودية-الايرانية ، ثم جاءت العلاقات المصرية – التركية ، يليها باقى القضايا بنسب متفاوته مثل الأزمة اليمنية ثم مواقف السعودية ومصر من الأزمة الليبية ، يليها العلاقات المصرية- العراقية، ثم العلاقات السعودية- العراقية، وأن أهم اشكال وأبعاد التعاون بمصر والسعودية بالقنوات عينة الدراسة هي: التعاون السياسي ، ثم جاء بفرق كبير نسبي التعاون العسكري ، يليه التعاون الأقتصادي ، ثم جاء التضامن الشعبي العربي. وأخيراً جاء التعاون الثقافى، وتوصلت الدراسة الميدانية وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين النخبة المصرية والسعودية والسعودية فى تقييمهم لطبيعة المعالجة التليفزيونية لقضايا والموضوعات المرتبطة بشأن الصورة المتبادلة بين البلدين وفقا للجنسية المبحوثين حيث جاءت قيمة كا2= 36.217 ، درجة الحرية = 3 ، معامل التوافق = 0.367ومستوى معنوية = 0.01 وهى دالة إحصائياً ، حيث أشارت النتائج إلى أن نصف المبحوثين اتجاهم نحو تقييمهم لطبيعة المعالجة التليفزيونية لقضايا والموضوعات المرتبطة بشأن الصورة المتبادلة بين البلدين رأوا المعالجة كانت متوازنة تعبر عن كافة الرؤى والتصورات ، يليها أن المعالجة يغلب عليها طابع التعمق والتحليل ، ثم جاء بنسبة ضعيفة أن المعالجة لا تهتم بوجهات النظر المختلفة في الشأن المصري السعودى ، وأخيرا معالجة متحيزة وغيرمنصفة بنسبة ضعيف |

| Summary, etc. | The problem of the study aimed to understand the role of satellite channels specifically in shaping this image in shaping this relationship between Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the impact of that relationship on the Arab political arena. And analyze the frameworks of media treatment of topics related to Saudi and Egyptian relations, and determine the nature of the cognitive and emotional influences exercised by satellite channels on the Saudi and Egyptian elite in knowing that relationship, and the Saudi and Egyptian elite’s opinion of the reflection of the images exchanged between Saudi Arabia and Egypt in the media coverage and their opinions about that image. The study used the descriptive analytical method by applying it to a sample of satellite news channel bulletins from Saudi Arabia and Egypt. For the field study, a deliberate sample of (232) respondents was selected from the Saudi and Egyptian elite (media - academic - political).<br/>The results of the study showed that the most important Arab issues and topics mentioned in the Arab news of the study sample: The Sudanese crisis ranked first, followed in second place by the position of Egypt and Saudi Arabia on the Palestinian issue, and in third place Saudi-Egyptian relations, then the Syrian crisis in fourth place, and in third place The fifth are Arab-Arab relations, followed by Saudi-Iranian relations, then Egyptian-Turkish relations, followed by the rest of the issues in varying proportions such as the Yemeni crisis, then the positions of Saudi Arabia and Egypt on the Libyan crisis, followed by Egyptian-Iraqi relations, then Saudi-Iraqi relations, and that the most important forms The dimensions of cooperation in Egypt and Saudi Arabia through the channels of the study sample are: political cooperation, then came with a relatively large difference military cooperation Followed by economic cooperation, then came Arab popular solidarity. Finally came cultural cooperation, and the field study found a statistically significant relationship between the Egyptian, Saudi and Saudi elite in their assessment of the nature of the television treatment of issues and topics related to the mutual image between the two countries according to the nationality of the respondents. The value of Ka2 = 36.217, the degree of freedom = 3, the coefficient of agreement = 0.367, and the level of significance = 0.01, which is statistically significant, as the results indicated that half of the respondents were inclined towards their evaluation of the nature of the television treatment of issues and topics related to the mutual image between the two countries. They saw the treatment as being balanced, expressing About all visions and perceptions.
