Summary, etc.	Background: Speech impairment means a communication disorder, such as stuttering, impaired articulation, language impairment, or a voice impairment, that adversely affects a child’s educational performance. Aim: The current study aimed to assess the biopsychosocial needs and problems of the preschool children with speech impairment. Design: A descriptive research design was utilized in the current study. Setting: The current study was done in outpatient phonetic clinic at El-Menofeya University Hospital. Sample: Purposive sample of 200 preschool children with determined inclusion criteria. Tool for data collection: I - Structured interviewing questionnaire for children with speech impairment. II: Biopsycosocial needs and problems scale for preschool children with speech impairment. Results: The current study showed that 69% of the selected children with speech impairment aged from 4 -5 years with mean 4.2 ± 1.0. Regarding gender 54% of selected children were males. Regarding biopsycosocial needs, 88% of selected preschool children with speech impairment met their biopsycosocial needs, while 12% of the selected children did not meet their biopsycosocial needs. Regarding biopsychosocial problems, 63% of selected children sometimes had lack of appetite. As well as, 48%, 70% of them had aggressive reaction and fearing from others except family members and didn't interact with peers easily. Conclusion: The study concluded that 86%, 82% and 86% of selected children were satisfied with their physical, psychological, social needs respectively while 92.5% of the selected children needed medical and nursing intervention related biopsychosocial problems and 7.5% of the them needed to modify the unacceptable behaviors related biopsychosocial problems. Recommendation: The study recommended for further researches on large scale to assess biopsychosocial needs and early detection for biopsychosocial problems among preschool age children with speech impairment in different community setting.

Summary, etc.	الخلفية العلمية: اضطرابات الكلام تعنى مشكلات التواصل مثل التاتئة وضعف النطق او ضعف اللغه وكذلك مشكلات الصوت مما يؤثر سلبا على الاداء التعليمى للطفل.الهدف: تقييم الاحتياجات والمشكلات الجسمانيه والنفسيه والاجتماعيه لدى اطفال ما قبل المدرسه ذوى الاعاقه الكلاميه. <br/>مكان البحث: أجريت الدراسة في عيادات التخاطب بمستشفى جامعة المنوفيه العينة: تشمل عينة الدراسة 200 طفل من الاطفال اللذين يعانون من مشاكل النطق والكلام فى سن ما قبل المدرسة (3-5) سنه. طرق وأدوات البحث: تم تجميع البيانات باستخدام عدد إثنين أداة بحثية - اداة الاستبيان الاولى: البيانات الديموجرافيه للاطفال ذوى الاعاقه الكلاميه واسرهم اداة الاستبيان الثانية: استبيان عن الاحتياجات والمشكلات الجسمانيه والنفسيه والاجتماعيه بين اطفال ما قبل المدرسه ذوى الاعاقه الكلاميه. <br/> النتائج: اظهرت النتائج ان 69 %من عينة البحث تتراوح اعمارهم من اربع الى خمس سنوات و54% من عينة البحث منالذكور0فيما يتعلق بترتيب الطفل بالنسبه لاخوته فى الاسره 77%من الاطفال كان ترتبهم الطفل الاول او الثانى بين اخواتهم. <br/> - بالنسبه للاحتياجات الجسمانيه والنفسيه والاجتماعيه فان 88% من عينة البحث من الاطفال ذوى الاعاقه الكلاميه تم تلبية احتياجاتهم الجسمانيه والنفسية والاجتماعيه و12% من عينة البحث لم يتم تلبية احتياجاتهم الجسمانية والنفسية والاجتماعية.<br/> - بالنسبه للمشكلات الجسمانيه والنفسيه والاجتماعيه ؛ بلنسبه للمشكلات الجسمانيه للاطفال داخل عينة البحث فان 78%من عينه البحث يحتاجون الي رعايه طبيه وتمريضيةو22%ّيحتاج الي تعديل السلوكيات الغير مقبوله. . <br/> الاستنتاج: اظهرت النتائج ان 69 % من العينه تتراوح اعمارهم بين اربع الى خمس 54% من العينه يقع ترتيبهم الاول والثانى بين اخواتهم فى الاسره.<br/> -بالنسبه للاحتياجات الجسملنية والنفسيه والاجتماعيه فان 88% عينة البحث تم تلبيةاحتياجاتهم الجسمانية النفسيه والاجتماعيه.<br/> -بالنسبه للمشكلات الجسمانية فان 78% يحتاج الى تدخل طبى وتمريضى وحوالى 22%من العينه يحتاج الى تعديل السلوكيات الغير مقبوله.<br/> -بالنسبه للمشكلات النفسيه فان .592% الى تدخل طبى وتمريضى 7.5% يحتاج الى تعديل السلوكيات الغير مقبوله0<br/> - بالنسبه للمشكلات الاجتماعية فان 73.5% العينه يحتاج الى تدخل طبى وتمريضى 26.5% يحتاج الى تعديل السلوكيات . <br/> التوصيات: بناء على نتائج الدراسه, تم اقتراح التوصيات التاليه: -ضرورة تفعيل الاكتشاف المبكر لحالات اضطرابات الكلام, مما يساعد على سرعة علاج الاطفال ما قبل المدرسه ومنع مشاكل تاخر التعلم.<br/> -تطبيق تقييم الاحتياجات والمشكلات الجسمانية والنفسيه والاجتماعيه بين اطفال ما قبل المدرسه وكذلك الاكتشاف المبكر لحالات اضطرابات الكلام<br/>
