This thesis deals with Fine-Grained Sentiment Analysis (SA) which is applied on Cairene-Egyptian Arabic Slang reviews. It concentrates on multi-class classification for sentiment polarity, and user requirements. In addition, it applies various learners: lazy, eager and ensemble learners. Lazy and eager learners apply Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) techniques. While this thesis concentrates on applying proposed stack ensemble model. This thesis introduces Egyptian Mobile Applications Arabic Slang Reviews framework for SA, ML, and DL applications. This framework consists of 6 phases: data collection, data pre-processing, splitting phase, feature extraction phase, classification phase, evaluation phase. It proposes an ensemble stack learning model which is combined ML, and DL approaches for automatically classifying sentiment polarity, and automatically recognizing user requirements evolution to help developers update new versions. This thesis proposes an automatic keyword-based approach that aims to identify and classify user requirements into Functional Requirements (FR), and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR). Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), Bag of Words and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques utilized for extracting keywords. A keyword list collects for FR consists of (Feature Request, Bug, and Update), and NFR consists of (Response Time, Usability, Performance, Security, Frequency, Emotional Requirements). It evaluates the hybrid approach using accuracy, F1, precision, recall measures, which is accomplished high Accuracy results for recognizing, and classifying EMASR user requirements. The evaluation results shows that the proposed hybrid stack model can classify sentiment polarity, and recognize and classify user requirements better than individual machine, and deep learning techniques. |

التنمية المستدامة هي مفهوم يستجيب للتحديات العالمية المتعلقة بالنشاط البشري في كل من البلدان المتقدمة والنامية. إدخال الأساليب الجديدة للتنظيم والإدارة ، باستخدام أهداف التنمية المستدامة بأربعة أبعاد هي الكفاءات والفاعلية والإنتاجية والتحفيز وتأثيرها على الموارد البشرية من خلال بعدين هما التدريب والتقييم علي أداء الموظفين. بناءً على الإستبيانات ونتائجها يكون الباحث قادرًا على إستكشاف التنبؤ المستقبلي للموارد البشرية بالشركة لرفع أداء الموظفين وزيادة كفاءتهم, وباهتمام الشركة بمفهوم التنمية المستدامة وتأثيرها علي الموارد البشرية. كما يركز هذا البحث على أهمية التدريب والتقييم بشركة في مجال السيارات لزيادة أداء الموظفين.<br/>وقد تبين من خلال التحليل الإحصائي ما يلي: <br/>• هناك ارتباط كبير على مستوى الثقة 99٪ بين الكفاءات وأداء الموارد البشرية، وتظهر النتائج أن الكفاءات تفسر 60.8٪ من أي تغيير في أداء الموارد البشرية.<br/>• هناك ارتباط كبير على مستوى الثقة 99٪ بين الإنتاجية وأداء الموارد البشرية ، وأظهرت النتائج أن الكفاءات تفسر 85.5٪ من أي تغيير في أداء الموارد البشرية.<br/>• هناك ارتباط كبير على مستوى الثقة 99٪ بين الفعالية وأداء الموارد البشرية ، وأظهرت النتائج أن الكفاءات تفسر 92.9٪ من أي تغيير في أداء الموارد البشرية.<br/>• هناك ارتباط كبير على مستوى الثقة 99٪ بين التحفيز وأداء الموارد البشرية ، وتظهر النتائج أن الكفاءات تفسر 90.8٪ من أي تغيير في أداء الموارد البشرية. |
