| Summary, etc. | Employees performance is based on various financial and nonfinancial factors out of which, workplace convenience and facilities are important particularly for employees. This research attempts to study the impact of ergonomics on the project management.<br/><br/>The aim of this thesis and its Case Studies, is to learn from practical experiences, to give feedback to researchers on applicability of theories, methods and techniques to human factors (ergonomics) and to highlight its importance in the project management phases, and that it should be assigned a separate chapter in the PM science. Usually, a project is not done twice, i.e. with and without human factors (ergonomics). And include human factors (ergonomics) considerations in the first beginning when applying Project management, from planning to execution will not only ensure a better performance of the project while on operation but will also save lots of wasted costs and time in the project life cycle, furthermore it will increase the productivity and hence the revenues generated out of the project once starting life.<br/><br/>There is so much more to the human factor than can be covered in this paper, but these tools and strategies can get any project manager started on the road to becoming a more successful leader of their teams. Like any successful project, it's critical to first have clarity around what you want the end result to be. Do you want to have more cohesive teams? Do you want to become a more effective leader, capable of gaining commitment and loyalty from your teams? Do you want to create deeper connection with your coworkers? Maybe it's all of these.<br/>It's possible to make it happen when you have the best tools and strategies at your disposal. One of the aspects of this study is The Human Needs Psychology as an elegant and powerful model for understanding human behavior on a deeper level. It's not only about understanding others; and using that understanding to see those behaviors and patterns we would like to change.<br/>Another aspect of this study is physical risk factors at work, as the rapid development of technology has provided opportunities to ergonomics research and practice with new ways for workload measurements, data analytics, risk assessment and intervention. This thesis also aims at developing and evaluating methods using technologies to assess physical risk factors at work, and further to give feedback to employees to improve their work techniques |

| Summary, etc. | تدرس هذا الرسالة تأثير فرع علم العوامل البشرية على إدارة المشروعات وتعرض للفرص والتحديات التي يتم مواجهتها عند الاستخدام.<br/>مما لا شك فيه أن الاستخدام الصحيح لتطبيقات العامل البشرى في مجال إدارة تالمشروعات يقلل من النتائج السلبية من تجاهل العامل البشرى منذ بداية دورة ادارة المشروع بصورة كبيرة، كما أنه يمدنا بحلول فعالة وتلافى للمشاكل المعقدة التى قد تظهر أثناء المراحل المتقدمة من تشغيل المشروع، حيث يمكن لتطبيقات العامل البشرى من تحليل البيانات الخاصة بالعاملين والوصول إلى التوقعات بناء على البيانات المتاحة، وذلك يؤدي إلى اتخاذ قرارات أفضل وأسرع في أوقات إدارة المشروع.<br/><br/>ورغم تلك المزايا إلا أن هذا المجال يواجه بعض التحديات مثل الانحياز لبعض الوظائف وخصوصا الادارية العليا عند اتخاذ القرارات أو احتمالات تجاهل تنفيذ التوصيات نظرا للتكلفة المادية للتنفيذ. <br/><br/>تم تجميع بيانات أولية وثانوية لإجراء هذا البحث. وقد تم جمع البيانات الأولية من خلال الاستبيان والذي تم توزيعه على خمسين موظف قد يتم تطبيق هذا العلم في مؤسسة عملهم، وكذلك على خمسين موظف قد لا يتم تطبيق هذا العلم في مؤسسة عملهم بالشكل الكافى، وكلا المجموعتان يعملون في شركات عقارية في مصر، أما بالنسبة للبيانات الثانوية فتم تجميعها من مصادر أخرى مثل الدوريات العلمية والأبحاث ورسائل سابقة ومقالات وتقارير.<br/>تم اعداد دراسة حالة بالتطبيق على جماعة العاملين بالشركات العقارية في مصر. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام<br/>software version (28) and AMOS version (24). SPSS<br/>توصلت الدراسة الى الموافقة على أن هناك علاقة إيجابية دالة بين تطبيق علم العوامل البشرية وإدارة المشروعات، وتضيف نتيجة الدراسة الى البحث العلمي حيث تقدم أبعاد حديثة لم يتم دراساتها من قبل خاصة بمتغير "العوامل البشرية" |
