| Summary, etc. | Sixty Six patients with supraspinatus tendinitis (26 males and 40 females) with age ranged from 30 to 50 years old They were assigned into three equal groups each one has 22 subjects (A) patients received hot pack and exercise (control group), (B) patients received radial extracorporeal shock wave plus hot pack and exercise, (C) patients received high power pain threshold ultrasound plus hot pack and exercise. radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy and High Power Pain Threshold Ultrasound are effective methods in the treatment of trigger points in supraspinatus tendinitis in advance to radial extracorporeal shock wave. |

| Summary, etc. | اشتملت هذه الدراسة على 66 مريضا تتراوح اعمارهم بين 30-50 عام وقد تم تقسيمهم الى ثلاث مجموعات عشوائيا . المجموعة الاولى: تضم 22 مريض ممن تلقوا الكمادة الساخنة وتمرينات. المجموعة الثانية: تضم 22 مريض ممن تلقوا الموجات التصادمية الشعاعية خارج الجسم و الكمادة الساخنة وتمرينات. المجموعة الثالثة: تضم 22 مريض ممن تلقوا الموجات فوق الصوتية ذات شدة الالم عالية الطاقة و الكمادة الساخنة وتمرينات ، أظهرت الدراسة ان كلا من العلاج بالموجات التصادمية الشعاعية خارج الجسم والعلاج بالموجات فوق الصوتية ذات شدة الالم عالية الطاقة هما وسائل مؤثرة فى علاج نقاط الاثارة في التهاب وتر عضلة فوق الشوكة ولكن ألاولويه للعلاج بالموجات التصادمية الشعاعية خارج الجسم. |
