| Summary, etc. | In our study, Co-morbidities as IHD and sepsis were found to be significant risk factor for intradialytic hypotension. Also, the use of a low dose vasopressor (pre-dialysis) was found to be highly significant in association with intradialytic hypotension. Low Systolic blood pressure and low MAP (pre-dialysis) were found to be significantly associated with intradialytic hypotension group of patients. Among Lab investigations, leukocytosis, low PH, and hyperkalemia were found to be also significant in patients who suffered from intra dialytic hypotension. Finally, IVC collapsibility index was found to be highly significant with intradialytic hypotension however, B-lines in Lung US were not found to be significant in association with intradialytic hypotension. The need for vasopressors and dialysis interruption as a sequalae of intradialytic hypotension were found to be significant. Also, mechanical ventilation and mortality were significant. |

| Summary, etc. | أظهرت الدراسة أن الامراض المصاحبة مثل القصور في الشرايين التاجية وتسمم الدم تعتبر عوامل خطيرة مهمة لانخفاض ضغط الدم أثناء الغسيل. كما ثبت أن استخدام جرعة منخفضة من الأدوية القابضة (قبل الغسيل) يرتبط مؤثر هام للتنبؤ بانخفاض ضغط الدم أثناء الغسيل الكلوي . بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ارتبط انخفاض ضغط الدم الانقباضي وضغط الدم المتوسط (قبل الغسيل) بشكل كبير بمجموعة المرضى الذين عانوا بانخفاض ضغط الدم أثناء الغسيل.<br/>وبين التحاليل المختبرية، اثبتت ان ارتفاع كرات الدم البيضاء، وانخفاض درجة الحموضة، وارتفاع البوتاسيوم في الدم كانوا مؤشر هام للتنبؤ بخطر انخفاض ضغط الدم أثناء جلسه الغسيل الكلوي اخيرًا، تبين أن مؤشر انكماش الوريد الأجوف السفلي يرتبط بشدة بانخفاض ضغط الدم أثناء جلسه الغسيل الكلوي ، بينما لم تُظهر الخطوط الرئوية (خطوط ب) في التصوير بالموجات فوق الصوتية للرئة ارتباطًا مهمًا مع انخفاض ضغط الدم أثناء جلسه الغسيل الكلوي. كما اتضح ان حاجه المرضى لاستخدام الأدوية القابضة للضغط والحاجه الي إيقاف جلسه الغسيل الكلوي كنتيجة لانخفاض ضغط الدم أثناء الجلسة والحاجة إلى وضع المريض علي جهاز التنفس الصناعي كان مرتبط بشده بانخفاض ضغط الدم أثناء جلسه الغسيل الكلوي وايضا مصحوب بارتفاع ملحوظ بمعدلات الوفاة.<br/> |
