| Summary, etc. | تناولت هذه الدراسة أحد أهم المفاهيم الأساسية لإدارة الازمات وهو مفهوم ثقافة الازمات في ظل الازمات الصحية والتي من ضمنها جائحة كورونا.<br/>وهدف الدراسة الى معرفة مدى اهمية خطط إدارة الأزمات في مواجهة فيروس كورونا" وقد انطلقت الدراسة من مجموعة من التساؤلات ماهي الازمات النفسية والاجتماعية التي واجهت افراد المجتمع اثناء جائحة كورونا؟ كيف يشارك افراد المجتمع في الحد من جائحة فيروس كورونا؟ ماهي استراتيجيات الدولة لتفعيل خطط ادارة الازمات لمواجهة فيروس كورونا؟<br/>وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الانثروبولوجي والمنهج إدارة الازمة والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي ي وقد ركز البحث على تحليل واقع إدارة الازمات في تخفيف حدة جائحة كورونا وقد اعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية على المقابلات والاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على 384 فرد داخل منطقة الدراسة.<br/>وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات اهمها:<br/>• ان فيروس كورونا قد تسبب في الكثير من الازمات النفسية والمتمثلة في القلق والخوف الشديد على حياه الفرد وحياة اسرته كما انها تسببت في الكثير من الازمات الاجتماعية والتي أدت الى ترك الكثيرون لوظائفهم وبالتالي ارتفاع نسبة البطالة والى انشغال الافراد بتوفير السلع الأساسية لمنازلهم والبعد عن التواصل المباشر والتي هي من العادات التقليدية لدى المجتمع.<br/>• ان ثقافة الازمات قد أدت الى قيام افراد المجتمع التونسي بالمشاركة في الحد من جائحة كورونا وذلك من خلال المشاركة في توفير الأدوات والعلاج الخاص بفيروس كورونا وعمل مجموعات دعم للمصابين كما انهم قاموا بتوعية المواطنين وافراد المجتمع بطريقة مباشرة مثل تقديم النصح والمشورة لكبار السن والأطفال او بطريقة غير مباشرة وذلك من خلال نشر المنشورات الالكترونية والفيديوهات الخاصة بالتوعية على منصات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.<br/>• ان افراد المجتمع التونسي قد ايدوا ثقافة الازمات والمتمثلة في استراتيجيات الدولة في مواجهة فيروس كورونا والتي كانوا على دراية بها من خلال الدولة وان تلك الاستراتيجيات كانت بالأسلوب العلمي لإدارة الازمات والمتمثلة في قيام الدولة بالدراسات المبدئية والدراسات التحليلية والتخطيط للمواجهة.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | This study dealt with one of the most important basic concepts of crisis management, which is the concept of crisis culture in light of health crises, including the Corona pandemic.<br/>The study aimed to determine the importance of crisis management plans in confronting the Corona virus. The study was launched from a set of questions: What are the psychological and social crises that community members faced during the Corona pandemic? How do community members participate in reducing the Corona virus pandemic? What are the state’s strategies for activating management plans? Crises to confront the Corona virus?<br/>The study relied on the anthropological approach, the crisis management approach, and the descriptive analytical approach. The research focused on analyzing the reality of crisis management in alleviating the severity of the Corona pandemic. The field study relied on interviews and a questionnaire that was distributed to 384 individuals within the study area.<br/>The study reached a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which are:<br/>• The Corona virus has caused many psychological crises, represented by extreme anxiety and fear for the life of the individual and the life of his family. It has also caused many social crises, which have led to many leaving their jobs, thus increasing the unemployment rate and causing individuals to be preoccupied with providing basic goods for their homes and staying away from direct contact. Which is one of the traditional customs of the community.<br/>• The culture of crises has led to members of Tunisian society participating in reducing the Corona pandemic by participating in providing tools and treatment for the Corona virus and creating support groups for those infected. They have also raised awareness of citizens and members of society in a direct way, such as providing advice and advice to the elderly and children, or in a direct way. Indirectly, through publishing electronic publications and awareness-raising videos on social media platforms.<br/>• Members of Tunisian society supported the culture of crises, represented by the state’s strategies for confronting the Corona virus, which they were aware of through the state, and that these strategies were based on the scientific method of crisis management, represented by the state carrying out initial studies, analytical studies, and planning for confrontation.<br/> |
