| Summary, etc. | Educational institutions have a major influence on society. This is the reason why schools should adopt the green curriculum which concentrates mainly on using innovative rather than traditional methods of teaching. Thus, this study aims to investigate the mediating role of relational psychological contract on the relationship between spiritual intelligence and teachers' engagement. It also investigates the impact of spiritual intelligence and its dimensions on relational psychological contract and teachers’ engagement. The participants of this study are 360 teachers in governmental public secondary schools in Alexandria in Egypt. The study relationships are tested using Pearson Correlation (total and partial), then the hypotheses are tested using path analysis technique based on multiple regression analysis. The results have shown positive and significant impact between study variables except for the third dimension of spiritual intelligence: “transcendental awareness”, which has positive - but insignificant - impact on “relational psychological contract”. The results of the study have also shown that “relational psychological contract” mediates the relationship between the independent and dependent variables except for the third dimension of spiritual intelligence: “transcendental awareness” as “relational psychological contract” doesn’t mediate the relationship between “transcendental awareness” and “teachers' engagement |

| Summary, etc. | للمؤسسات التعليمية بالغ الأثر علي مجتمعـنا ، ولهذا السبب يتوجب عليها اتخاذ المنهج الأخضر نهجا يُعتمد عليه فى التدريس لأنه يرتكز أساسا علي الوسائل الحديثة المبتكرة وليس الوسائل التقـليدية ، وبالتالي تهدف هـذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير الدور الوسيط للعقـد السيكولوجي فى العلاقة بين الذكاء الروحانى وانخراط المدرسين فى تدريس المنهج الأخضر ، بالإضافة إلى دراسة تأثير أبعاد الذكاء الروحانى على كل من العقـد السيكولوجى وانخراط المدرسين فى تدريس المنهج الأخضر، هذا وقد بلغ عـدد المشاركين فى هذه الدراسة 360 مدرس فى المدارس الثانوية الحكومية فى محافظة الإسكندرية . وقد تم اختبارعلاقات الدراسة من خلال معامل ارتباط بيـرسون الكلي والجزئي ، ومن ثم اختبار الفروض عـن طريق برنامج تحليل المسار المبنى على تحليل الإنحدار المتعدد . وقـد أظهرت النتائج تأثيرا ايجابيا معنويا لفروض الرسالة فيما عـدا بُعـد "الوعي المتسامي" وهو البُعـد الثالث لأبعاد الذكاء الروحانى ، حيث أن له تأثيرا ايجابيا على "العـقد السيكولوجي" ولكنه ليس معنويا ، كما أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن "العـقد السيكولوجي" يتوسط العلاقة بين "الذكاء الروحانى" و"انخراط المدرسين في التدريس" ، فيما عـدا بُعـد "الوعي المتسامي" أيضا حيث أن "العـقـد السيكولوجي" لايتوسط العلاقة بين هذا البُعـد وبين "انغماس المدرسين فى التدريس". |
