| Summary, etc. | The thesis includes four chapters, where the first chapter is the introduction to the thesis and talks about previous research in the field of optoelectronic devices, specifically photodetectors, and the most important elements that are relied upon in the deposition of thin films, led by transition metal dichalcogenides. Chapters two to four contain published research from the thesis in international scientific fields and have an impact factor from 2.8 to 4. In this study, thin films for photodiodes (pn and Schottky) based on MoS2 as a semiconductor and GaN/MoS2 and SiC/MoS2 composites were manufactured and characterized for the purpose of applying fast-responsive photodetection. Photodiodes were fabricated using RF-sputtering. The thesis explained the two-dimensional nature of these materials and their ease of integration into the design of vertical devices manufactured using asymmetric metal contacts. Performance parameters have been determined for the manufactured devices. |

| Summary, etc. | تتضمن الرسالة على اربعة فصول حيث ان الفصل الاول هو مقدمة الرسالة و يتحدث عن الابحاث السابقة فى مجال الأجهزة الإلكترونية الضوئية و تحديدا الكواشف الضوئية و اهم العناصر الذى يتم الاعتماد عليها فى ترسيب الاغشية الرقيقة و على راسها الديكالكونيدات المعدنية الانتقالية. اما الفصول من اتنين الى اربعة فهى تحتوي على الابحاث المنشورة من الرسالة فى مجالات علمية دولية و لها معامل تاثير من 2.8 الى 4 . و في هذه الدراسة، تم تصنيع وتوصيف أغشية رقيقة لثنائيات ضوئية الا و هى ( pn و Schottky) معتمدة على MoS2 كشبة موصل و المركبات GaN/MoS2 وSiC/MoS2 لغرض تطبيق الكشف الضوئي سريع الاستجابة. تم تصنيع الثنائيات الضوئية باستخدام ترسيب RF-Sputtering . و اوضحت الرسالة الطبيعة ثنائية الأبعاد لهذه المواد سهولة التكامل لتصميم الأجهزة الرأسية المصنعة باستخدام جهات اتصال معدنية غير متماثلة. تم تحديد معاملات الأداء للأجهزة المصنعة |
