Summary, etc. The study was conducted to evaluate the impact of plant growth regulators and copper nanoparticles (CN) on plant regeneration of Triticum aestivum L. via somatic embryogenesis, using immature embryos in a size (1-1.5 mm), in comparison to copper sulfate (CS). ). In the first stage the inclusion of TDZ at 0.1 mg/l in both callus induction medium in particular 2,4-D (2.5 mg/l) + BA (0.1 mg/l) and the regeneration medium BA (1 mg/l) + TDZ (0.1 mg/l) proved has positive impact on formation and germination of wheat somatic embryos for both cultivars Misr 3 and Sids 12. In the second stage, The for callus induction and regeneration contained various concentrations of CN and CS.

Summary, etc. أجريت الدراسة لتقييم تأثير منظمات النمو وجزيئات النانو للنحاس على عملية إعادة التكشف عبر تكوين الأجنة الجسدية للقمح بالمقارنة بكبريتات النحاس. في المرحلة الأولى أدى إضافة الثيديازرون بتركيز 0,1 mg/l لبيئة تكوين الكالس خصوصا مع 2,4-D (2,5 mg/l) وكذلك لبيئة إعادة التكشف مع البنزيل أدينين بتركيز 1 mg/l الى تحسين تكوين الأجنة الجسدية وكذلك انبات هذه الأجنة لكلا الصنفين. وفي المرحلة الثانية تم اختبار كفاءة إعادة التكشف عبر تكوين الأجنة الجسدية باستخدام الأجنة غير الناضجة للقمح (1- 1,5 mm) لكلا الصنفين. وقد تم اضافة عدة تركيزات (0,1 ، 2,5 ، 5 ، 7,5 ، 10 ، 12,5 و 15 µM) من جزيئات النانو للنحاس أو كبريتات النحاس لبيئة تكوين الكالس وكذلك بيئة إعادة التكشف. وقد أثبتت هذه النتائج أن إضافة جزيئات النانو للنحاس (10 ، 12,5 µM) تعتبر أساسية لتحسين إعادة التكشف لصنفي القمح سدس 12 و مصر 3.
