Summary, etc.	تعد استدامة المبانىاتجاه ذو اهمية بالغة خاصة فى قطاع الاسكان الذى هو محور ارتكاز فى الاقتصاد حيث يستهلك قطاع التشيد اكثر من 40% من اجمالى الطاقة عالميا ,كما يمثل استهلاك قطاع الاسكان فى مصر ما يعادل 42.3% من اجمالى استهلاك الطاقة فى مصر طبقا لمركز التعبئه والاحصاء عام 2020.لذلك توجه البحث لدراسة معدلات استهلاك الطاقة فى الاسكان الاقتصادى فى مرحلة التشغيل .ومن ثم دراسة تحقيق اقصى معدل ترشيد الطاقة ,مواد البناء ,وصولا الى كيفية تحويل هذه الفئات من المباني السكنيه الاقتصادية الى مبانى مستدامة باستخدام المعالجات البيئية والميكانيكيه للاستفاده من الطاقات المتجددة النظيفه وتوظيفها فىالمبانى السكنية لتوليد الطاقة الكهربائية وباقل تاثير سلبى على البيئه .

And statistics in 2020. Therefore, the research was directed to study energy consumption rates in economic housing in the operating phase. And then studying the achievement of the maximum rate of energy conservation by studying methods and systems of energy conservation, building materials, and how to convert these categories of economical residential buildings into sustainable buildings using environmental and mechanical treatments to take advantage of clean renewable energies and employ them in residential buildings to generate electric power at a lower rate. negative impact on the environment
