Summary, etc.	هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فاعلية التعلم المدمج في تنمية مهارات التدريب الميداني لدى الطالبة المعلمة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استطلاع رأى لمعرفة مدى معرفة الطالبات المعلمات بالتعلم المدمج ومدى تمكنهن من مهارات التدريب الميدانى، إختبار الجوانب المعرفية لمهارات التدريب الميدانى للطالبة المعلمة، بطاقة ملاحظة الجوانب الأدائية لمهارات التدريب الميداني لدى الطالبة المعلمة، برنامج قائم على التعلم المدمج لتنمية مهارات التدريب الميداني لدى الطالبة المعلمة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من الطالبات المعلمات بالفرقة الثالثة ببرنامج رياض الأطفال بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة جامعة مدينة السادات، وتكونت العينة التجريبية من (40) طالبة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات المعلمات بالمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار الجوانب المعرفية لمهارات التدريب الميداني ككل وفي كل مهارة فرعية منه على حدة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات المعلمات بالمجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لإختبار الجوانب المعرفية لمهارات التدريب الميداني ككل وفي كل مهارة فرعية منه على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات المعلمات بالمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الجوانب الأدائية لمهارات التدريب الميداني ككل وفي كل مهارة فرعية منها على حدة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات المعلمات بالمجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الجوانب الأدائية لمهارات التدريب الميداني ككل وفي كل مهارة فرعية منها على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

Summary, etc.	The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of blended learning in developing the field training skills of the student teacher. To achieve the goal of the study, the quasi-experimental approach was used, and the study tools were: (An opinion poll to determine the extent to which female student teachers are capable of the cognitive aspect of field training skills (prepared by the researcher), a test of the cognitive aspects of the field training skills of the student teacher (prepared by the researcher), a note card on the performance aspects of the field training skills of the student teacher (prepared by the researcher), a program based on Blended learning to develop the field training skills of the female student teacher (prepared by the researcher), and the study was applied to a sample of female student teachers in the third year of the kindergarten program at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Sadat City University, and the experimental sample consisted of (40) female students, and the results of the study found that there were differences. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the female student teachers in the experimental and control groups in the post-application to test the cognitive aspects of field training skills as a whole and in each sub-skill separately for the benefit of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences at the level between the average scores of the female student teachers in the experimental group in the pre- and post-applications. To test the cognitive aspects of field training skills as a whole and in each sub-skill separately for the benefit of the post-application, there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of female student teachers in the experimental and control groups in the post-application of the note card on the performance aspects of the field training skills as a whole and in each sub-skill separately. In favor of the experimental group, there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the female student teachers in the experimental group in the pre- and post-applications of the observation card for the performance aspects of field training skills as a whole and in each sub-skill separately, in favor of the post-application.
