Summary, etc.	استهدفت هذه الدراسة بصفة عامة إلى معرفة أثر تصميم المباني الادارية لبيئة العمل في إنتاجية الموظفين. ووضع معايير تصميمية لإنشاء بيئة عمل تتلاءم مع احتياجات الموظفين الفسيولوجية والسيكولوجية. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستنباطي، وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة للحصول على البيانات اللّازمة. ومن أهم النتائج أن هناك علاقة بين الفراغ المبني لمكان العمل والسيكولوجية على انتاجية الموظفين. ووضع العديد من التوصيات، ومن أهمها دعوة المهندسين إلى الاهتمام بتطبيق المعايير التصميمية اللازمة التي تراعي احتياجات الموظفين الفسيولوجية والسيكولوجية لتصبح من مبادئ التصميم الاساسية لإنشاء بيئة عمل بجودة عالية لا ترفع من إنتاجية الموظفين فقط، بل وتؤثر ايجابًيا على حياتهم ان كان بصحتهم الجسدية والنفسية أو بعلاقاتهم مع المحيط والتي تؤثر هي الأخرى على المجتمع ككل.

Summary, etc.	This study aimed to investigate the overall impact of administrative building design on the psychology of users and its effect on the work environment and employee productivity. It also aimed to establish design criteria for creating a work environment that aligns with the physiological and psychological needs of employees. The deductive approach was adopted in this study, and a questionnaire was used to gather the necessary data.<br/> One of the key findings was the relationship between the built environment of the workplace and the psychology of users on employee productivity. As a result, several recommendations were made, including urging engineers to pay attention to implementing the necessary design standards that consider the physiological and psychological needs of employees, making them fundamental design principles for creating a high-quality work environment that not only enhances employee productivity but also has a positive impact on their physical and mental health, as well as their relationships with the surroundings, which, in turn, has a consequential effect on society as a whole.<br/><br/>
