Summary, etc.	تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، واستهدفت في شقها الميداني، رصد وتحليل وتفسير العوامل المؤثرة على واقع التصوير الصحفي ومستقبله في المؤسسات الصحفية المصرية القومية والحزبية والخاصة وأساليب إدارة العمل بها على مستوى القائم بالاتصال (المصور الصحفي). كما استهدفت في شقها الكيفي رصد وتحليل وتفسير رؤية رؤساء أقسام التصوير الصحفي للعوامل المؤثرة على واقع ومستقبل تلك الأقسام، بما يتيح بناء الاستراتيجيات البديلة لتلك الأقسام والتي يمكن تبنيها في المستقبل. وقد استفادت الباحثة من نظرية حارس البوابة الإعلامية، كما استفادت من مدخل الضغوط والممارسة المهنية. واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان الذي تم تطبيقه على العينة المتاحة وبلغ عددها (144 مصور صحفي)، والمقابلة المقننة مع عينة عمدية بلغ عددها (14 من رؤساء أقسام التصوير الصحفي ونوابهم)، وأداة التحليل الرباعي SWOT، كأدوات لجمع البيانات الخاصة بالدراسة الميدانية والكيفية.<br/>خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود عدة عوامل تؤثر على واقع التصوير الصحفي ومستقبله في المؤسسات الصحفية المصرية القومية والحزبية والخاصة، حيث تتعدد عوامل بيئة العمل داخل أقسام التصوير الصحفي وخارجها، وجميعها عوامل مؤثرة بدرجات متفاوتة على الأداء المهني للمصور الصحفي ومحددة للضغوط والتحديات المختلفة التي يواجهها. وفيما يتعلق بنتائج المقابلات المتعمقة، تُشير أبرز المؤشرات إلى وجود أوجه اتفاق وأوجه اختلاف فيما يتعلق بعوامل بيئة العمل الداخلية الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصحفية المصرية، ولا يمكن تفسير أوجه الاتفاق أو الاختلاف تبعًا لنمط الملكية الذي تنتمي إليه المؤسسة.<br/>فيما يتعلق بنتائج التحليل الرباعي SWOT، تُظهر النتائج أن أبرز العوامل التي تم دراستها تشكل أهمية كبيرة في التأثير واقع التصوير الصحفي، مما يدل على أن أقسام التصوير الصحفي تمتلك قوة في بيئتها الداخلية مع اختلاف مصدر هذه القوة، بينما تقل هذه القوة في عوامل أخرى، كما أن بيئة العمل الخارجية تشكل عددًا من التهديدات، بيد أنها تحمل في طياتها فرصًا يمكن الاستفادة منها في بناء ورسم الاستراتيجيات التي يمكن تبنيها في المستقبل.

Summary, etc.	This study is an analytical descriptive study, and in its field part, it aimed to define, analyze and explain the factors affecting the reality of photojournalism and its future in national, partisan and private Egyptian press institutions. While the qualitative part aimed to define, analyze and explain the factors affecting the reality and future of photojournalism departments in national, partisan and private Egyptian press institutions, and build alternative strategies for those departments that can be adopted in the future in light of the SWOT analysis model. The researcher benefited from the media gatekeeper theory, and also benefited from the pressure and professional practice approach. The study relied on a questionnaire that was applied to the available sample of (144 photojournalists), an in-depth interview with a sample of (14 heads of photojournalism departments and their deputies), and the SWOT analysis tool, as tools for collecting data for the field and qualitative study.<br/>The study concluded that there are several factors that affect the reality of photojournalism and its future in national, partisan, and private Egyptian press institutions, as there are many factors in the work environment inside and outside photojournalism departments, all of which influence to varying degrees the professional performance of the photojournalist and determine the various pressures and challenges he faces.<br/>The in-depth interviews indicate that there are areas of agreement and differences regarding the factors of the internal work environment of Egyptian press institutions, and the areas of agreement or difference cannot be explained according to the type of ownership to which the institution belongs. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the most prominent factors that were studied are of great importance in influencing the reality of photojournalism, which indicates that photojournalism departments possess strength in their internal environment, with the source of this strength varying, while this strength decreases in other factors. The external work environment poses a number of threats, but it also carries within it opportunities that can be used in developing strategies in the future.
