Summary, etc.	هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلى الوقوف على قدرة متغير الصمود النفسي في تعديل العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل والاحتراق النفسي لدي ممرضي وممرضات فيروس كوفيد- 19، والوقوف على منظومة العلاقات الارتباطية بين متغيرات الدراسة، وبين بعضها بعضاً، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق بين الممرضين والممرضات في كل متغيرات الدراسة، وهي: الصمود النفسي، وضغوط العمل، والاحتراق النفسي. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) ممرضاً وممرضة، وقد تراوحت أعمارهم من (24-45) سنة، وانقسمن إلى (40) ممرضاً بمتوسط عمر (26,50) سنة وانحراف معياري (2,67) سنة، و(40) ممرضة بمتوسط عمر (27,88) سنة وانحراف معياري (3,09) سنة، وتم الاعتماد على ثلاثة استخبارات، هي: استخبار الصمود النفسي لمهنة التمريض، واستخبار ضغوط العمل لمهنة التمريض، واستخبار الاحتراق النفسي، بالإضافة إلى المقابلة المبدئية، والمستوي الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود عديد من العلاقات الارتباطية بين متغيرات الدراسة، وبين بعضها بعضاً. وأسفرت تحليلات المتغير المعدل عن تعديل متغير الصمود النفسي للعلاقة بين ضغوط العمل والاحتراق النفسي لدي ممرضي وممرضات فيروس كوفيد-19. كما أشارت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين عينتي الدراسة في بعض المتغيرات من مثل متطلبات الوظيفة وعبء العمل، والأمان الوظيفي، والبيئية الطبيعية، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين ممرضي وممرضات كوفيد- 19 على الدرجة الكلية لاستخبار ضغوط العمل في اتجاه عينة ممرضات كوفيد- 19. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين ممرضي وممرضات كوفيد-19 على كل من (الصمود المعرفي والشخصي، والتفاعل الاجتماعي، والمساندة الاجتماعية، والصمود الجسمي، والدرجة الكلية للصمود النفسي، وصراع الأدوار، والسياق الاجتماعي المهني، والاستنزاف الانفعالي، واختلال الهوية، وضعف الإنجاز الشخصي، والدرجة الكلية لاستخبار الاحتراق النفسي).

Summary, etc.	The current study aimed to determine the ability of the psychological resilience variable to moderator the relationship between work stressors and psychological burnout among male and female Covid-19 nurses, and to determine the system of correlational relationships between the variables of the study and between each other, as well as to reveal the differences between male and female nurses in all variables of the study. These are: psychological resilience, work stressors, and psychological burnout. The study sample consisted of (40) nurses, Their ages range from 24-45 years, with an average age of (26,50) and a standard deviation of (2,67), and (40) Covid-19 nurses with an average age of (27,88) and a standard deviation of (3,09), and three questionnaires were relied upon: the psychological resilience questionnaire for the nursing profession, the work stressors questionnaire for the nursing, and the psychological burnout questionnaire, in addition to the initial interview, and the economic and social level. The results indicated that there were many correlations between the study variables and each other. Analyzes of the modified variable resulted in modifying the psychological resilience variable for the relationship between work stressors and psychological burnout among male and female Covid-19 nurses. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the two study samples in some variables, such as job requirements and workload, job security, and the physical environment. There were statistically significant differences between male and female Covid-19 nurses on the total score of the work stressors test in relation to the sample of female Covid-19 nurses. It was also shown that there were no statistically significant differences between male and female Covid-19 nurses on (cognitive and personal resilience, social interaction, social support, physical resilience, the total degree of psychological resilience, role conflict, the social-professional context, emotional exhaustion, identity imbalance, and weakness. Personal achievement, and the total score on the Burnout Test).
