| Summary, etc. | استهدفت الدراسة تحسين القراءة باللغة الإنجليزية لدى التلاميذ ذوى صعوبات التعلم من خلال برنامج الصوتيات. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۲۰) تلميذ وتلميذة من التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم بالصف الثالث الابتدائي ممن تراوحت معاملات ذكائهم ما بين (100 – 110) تم تقسيمهم لمجموعتين متكافئتين ضابطة وتجريبية، قوام كل منهما (۱۰) تلاميذ واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: اختبار رافن للمصفوفات المتتابعة اختبار المسح النيورولوجي الاختبار التشخيصي لمستوى القراءة باللغة الإنجليزية، ويتكون البرنامج القائم على الصوتيات لتحسين القراءة بالغة الإنجليزية من (۳۰) ثلاثون جلسة تدريبية وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (۰.۰۱) بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على اختبار تشخيص صعوبات القراءة باللغة الإنجليزية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (۰۰۰۱) بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على اختبار تشخيص صعوبات القراءة باللغة الإنجليزية لصالح القياس البعدي بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لاختبار تشخيص صعوبات القراءة باللغة الإنجليزية لدى الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم. |

| Summary, etc. | The study aimed to improve English reading among third-grade students with learning Disabilities through an program based on phonetics. The study sample consisted of 20 students with learning Disabilities, with IQ scores ranging from 100 to 110, divided into two equal groups: control and experimental, each comprising 10 students. The researcher used the following tools: Raven's Progressive Matrices test, Neurological Screening test, and Diagnostic test for English reading level. The audio-based program for reading Disabilities reduction comprised 30 training sessions. The study results showed statistically significant differences at a significance level of 0.01 between the mean ranks of the experimental and control groups in the diagnostic test for English reading Disabilities, favoring the experimental group. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences at a significance level of 0.01 between the mean ranks of the experimental group in the pretest and posttest measures in the diagnostic test for English reading Disabilities, favoring the posttest measure. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the experimental group in the posttest and follow-up measures in the diagnostic test for English reading Disabilities among students with learning Disabilities. |
