Summary, etc.	يعاني ذوى الإعاقة المتعددة – الإعاقة الحركية المصحوبة بالإعاقة الفكرية من ضعف في التنسيق الثنائي وأيضاً ضعف في أداء مهارات رعاية الذات مما يؤثر علي الأعتماد علي الذات؛ لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج قائم علي العلاج الوظيفي في تنمية التنسيق الثنائي لتحسين مهارات رعاية الذات لدى الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة المتعددة، وقد تم أستخدام المنهج التجريبي وتكونت العينة من(10) من الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة المتعددة – فئة الشلل الدماغي الرنحي الدرجة البسيطة المصحوب بالإعاقة الفكرية ويتكون من عدد (2) إناث وعدد (8) ذكور، مقسمين علي مجموعتين متكافئتين مجموعة تجريبية وأخرى ضابطة، تتراوح أعمارهم بين(4-6) سنوات وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين متوسطى رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدى لقياسي التنسيق الثنائي ومهارات رعاية الذات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطى رتب درجات القياسين القبلى والبعدى لقياسي التنسيق الثنائي ومهارات رعاية الذات لدى المجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدى، كما أسفرت عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطى رتب درجات القياسين البعدى والتتبعى لقياسي التنسيق الثنائي ومهارات رعاية الذات لدى المجموعة التجريبية؛ وأوصت الدراسة علي توسيع رقعة البحث العلمي بأستخدام العلاج الوظيفي في تحسين التنسيق الثنائي كأحد المداخل المهمة لتأهيل ذوى الإعاقة المتعددة وتحقيق قدراً من الأستقلالية.

Summary, etc.	Individuals with multiple disabilities, particularly motor disabilities accompanied by intellectual disabilities, suffer from weaknesses in bilateral coordination and deficiencies in performing self-care skills, impacting their self-reliance. Therefore, the current study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a program based on occupational therapy in developing bilateral coordination to improve self-care skills among children with multiple disabilities. The experimental method was used, and the sample consisted of 10 children with multiple disabilities, specifically ataxic cerebral palsy accompanied by intellectual disabilities. They were divided into two equal groups, an experimental group and a control group, with ages ranging from 4 to 6 years. The study results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean rank scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-application of the bilateral coordination and self-care skills measures in favor of the experimental group. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences between the mean rank scores of the pre- and post-application of the bilateral coordination and self-care skills measures within the experimental group, favoring the post-application. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences between the mean rank scores of the post- and follow-up measurements of bilateral coordination and self-care skills within the experimental group. The study recommended expanding scientific research using occupational therapy to improve bilateral coordination as one of the important approaches for rehabilitating individuals with multiple disabilities and achieving a degree of independence.
