Summary, etc.	الكشف عن فعالية برنامج الإرشاد بالواقع فى تعديل الإستهداف المعرفى للاكتئاب وتنمية المهارات بين الشخصية وأثره على الأعراض الاكتئابية للمراهقات. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التجريبى ذي المجموعتين المتكافئتين (مجموعة تجريبية ومجموعة ضابطة). أدوات البحث : 1- بطارية التشوهات المعرفية (اعداد/ أحمد هارون، 2017) 2- مقياس المهارات بين الشخصية اعداد الباحثة، 3- مقياس بيك للاكتئاب (تعريب/ غريب عبد الفتاح، 2015)، <br/>4- مقياس المستوى الإقتصادى الاجتماعى للأسرة (اعداد/ عبد العزيز الشخص، 2012)، 5- البرنامج الإرشاد بالواقع (اعداد/ الباحثة). عينة البحث : تكونت من (40) مراهقة من طالبات المدارس تم تقسيمهن بالتساوى إلى مجموعتين ممن تتراوح أعمارهن بين (15 – 17) عام وبمتوسط عمر زمنى قدره (16) عام وبانحراف معيارى قدره (1,23).

Summary, etc.	Aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the reality counselling program in modifying depressive cognitive vulnerability, developing interpersonal skills and its impact on the depressive symptoms among adolescent girls. The study aimed on the experimental approach. The study sample consisted of (40) adolescent schoolgirls who were divided equally into two groups, ranging in age from (15-17) years, with an average chronological age of (16) years. The study tools: 1- Battery of cognitive distortions. (Prepared by/ Ahmed Haroun, 2017), 2-Interpersonal Skills Scale prepared by/ the researcher, Beck Depression Scale (Arabized by/ Ghareeb Abdel Fattah, 2015), 3- The economic and social level of the family scale (prepared by/ Abdel Aziz Al-Shakhs, 2012), 4- the Reality Counselling Program (prepared by/ the researcher).
