Summary, etc. Three different TEG flow rates, stripping gas flow rate and reboiler temperature were used for the simulation. Result shows that, the simulation process succeeds in reducing the water content to 2.5lb/MMSCF (Million Standard Cubic Feet of Natural Gas) (40 kg/mmm3) from an initial value of 75lb/MMSCF (1200 kg/mmm3) and achieved 99.24 wt. % of TEG purity without a significant rise in the energy consumption. Using stripping gas to increase triethylene glycol purity and boost the efficiency of the dehydration plant appears to be the best option in the long run.

Summary, etc. ان الغرض من هذا البحث هو دراسة عملية التجفيف للغاز الطبيعي عن طريق الامتصاص باستخدام ثلاثي الاثيلين جليكول وتطوير النمذجة والمحاكاة لعملية تجفيف الغاز الطبيعي بواسطة برنامج أسبن هايسيس باستخدام معادلة الحالة التكعيبية. هناك حاجة الي تجفيف الغاز الطبيعي لأزالة المياه المرتبطة بالغاز الطبيعي في شكل بخار. استخدمت المحاكاة ثلاثة معدلات تدفق من ثلاثي ايثلين الجليكول، ومعدلات تدفق غاز النزع ، ودرجات حرارة الغلاية. نجح إجراء المحاكاة في خفض محتوى الماء إلى 2.5 Ib/MMSCF(باوند لكل مليون قدم مكعب من الغاز) من قيمة أولية تبلغ 75 Ib/MMSCF وخفض الطاقة المستهلكة في عملية تجفيف الغاز الطبيعي والحصول علي نسبة نقاء من ثلاثي ايثلين الجليكول بعد تنشيطة تصل الي 99.2%.
