Summary, etc.	سعت الدراسة لرصد التجاوزات المرتكبة في الصحف الورقية والمواقع الإلكترونية بالمخالفة للضوابط القانونية والمهنية للنشر، بما يؤثر على الممارسة المهنية، وقياس مستوى الوعي القانوني لدى الصحفي ودرجة الإلمام المعرفي بمواد جرائم النشر في قانون العقوبات، والقوانين المنظمة للعمل الصحفي متمثلة في قانون تنظيم الصحافة والإعلام رقم 180 لسنة 2018 ولائحة الأكواد والتي تحدد المسئوليات القانونية الواقعة عليه وحقوقه وواجباته. أعتمدت الدراسة على أداة تحليل المضمون لتحليل محتوى الصحف الورقية والمواقع الإلكترونية الإخبارية عينة الدراسة وهي الأخبار، والوفد، والدستور، واليوم السابع. وأهم النتائج هي تصدر أخبار الحوادث المضمون الصحفي الذي به مخالفات قانونية ومهنية لضوابط النشر تجاه الضحايا البالغين والأطفال في المقدمة، بنشر أسماء وصور الضحايا، وانتهاك حرمة الحياة الخاصة للأشخاص العادية، ونشر تفاصيل وطريقة ارتكاب الجرائم، ونشر أسماء وصور المتهمين، ونشر أخبار التحقيقات الأولية والمحاكمات قبل صدور الحكم النهائي. <br/>وكذلك على أداة الاستبيان بالتطبيق على عينة من الصحفيين المصريين في المؤسسات الصحفية القومية والحزبية والخاصة، وبلغ قوامها 200 مفردة. وتوصلت النتائج أن مجمل مقياس اتجاه الصحفي نحو أهمية القوانين جاء محايد، مما يدل على عدم ادراكهم لأهمية القوانين، وجاءت القوانين والتشريعات في المرتبة السادسة كأحد العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء المهني من وجهة نظر الصحفيين لوجود عوامل أخرى أكثر تأثيرا. وجاء مقياس مستوى الوعي القانوني للصحفيين عينة الدراسة متوسط وهو مستوى غير كافي لضمان الممارسة المهنية السليمة، والالتزام بالتشريعات المنظمة للعمل، وعدم الوقوع في تجاوزات قانونية ومهنية أو التعرض للمساءلة القانونية. وجاءت أسباب ارتكاب المخالفات القانونية من وجهة نظر المبحوثين ضغوط السرعة والسبق والمنافسة، وعدم وعي الصحفي الكافي بالضوابط القانونية والمهنية، ومحدودية الدورات التدريبية في التشريعات الصحفية. <br/>

Summary, etc.	The study sought to monitor the violations committed in print newspapers and websites in violation of the legal and professional regulations for publishing, which affects professional practice, and to measure the level of legal awareness of the journalist and the degree of legal knowledge with the articles of publishing crimes in the Penal Code, and the laws regulating journalistic work stated in the Press and Media Regulation Law. No. 180 of 2018 and its Codes, which define the legal responsibilities, rights and duties imposed on him. The study relied on the content analysis tool to analyze the content of print newspapers and news websites, the study sample being Al-Akhbar, Al-Wafd, Al-Dostor, and Al-Youm7. The most important results are that crime news comes first in journalistic content with legal and professional violations of publishing regulations towards adult victims and children at the forefront, by publishing the names and pictures of victims, violating the sanctity of the private life of ordinary people, publishing details and method of committing crimes, publishing the names and pictures of the accused, and publishing news of preliminary investigations and trials before the final ruling is issued.<br/>As well as the questionnaire tool applied to a sample of 200 Egyptian journalists in national, party, and private press institutions. The results found that the overall measure of the journalist’s attitude towards the importance of laws was neutral, which indicates their lack of awareness of the importance of laws. Laws and legislation came in sixth place as one of the factors affecting professional performance from the journalists’ point of view because there are other factors that are more influential. The measure of the level of legal awareness of the journalists in the study sample was average, which is an insufficient level to ensure sound professional practice, adherence to legislation regulating work, and not falling into legal and professional transgressions or being exposed to legal accountability. The reasons for committing legal violations, from the respondents’ point of view, were the pressures of speed, precedence, and competition, the journalist’s lack of sufficient awareness of legal and professional regulations, and the limited training courses in journalistic legislation<br/>
