Summary, etc.	سعت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد وتوصيف وتحليل وتفسير تأثير العمل عن بُعد على أداء الصحفيين في الصحف الورقية والإلكترونية خلال جائحة كورونا، لعينة قوامها 200 مفردة من الصحفيين المصريين في الصحف والمواقع الإلكترونية الصحفية، الذين عملوا عن بُعد خلال جائحة كورونا، باستخدام نظرية المسؤولية الاجتماعية ونظرية المهن المعرفية الاجتماعية، لمعرفة مدى التزامهم بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية خلال، وإذا ما كان لبيئة العمل والضغوط المحيطة بهم في ظل الجائحة تأثيرا على تطويرهم لذواتهم ومهاراتهم.<br/>وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج الهامة أبرزها أن العمل عن بُعد أدى إلى تحسن أداء الصحفيين عينة الدراسة بنسبة بلغت 35%، ولم يتأثر أداء 33.5% منهم بتطبيقه، بينما تراجع أداء 31.5% منهم، بالإضافة إلى أنه أحدث تغيير في آليات معالجة واختيار الموضوعات لتتناسب معه، تتمثل في: تقديم متابعة لمستجدات الأحداث اليومية، تلاه تتبع ما ينشر على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتحقق من صحته، ثم الاهتمام بما يبحث عنه الجمهور (الترند)، الاعتماد على تكليف رئيس القسم، وأخيرًا العمل الميداني، كما كشفت الدراسة عن عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معدل اعتماد الصحفيين على العمل عن بُعد، أثناء الجائحة، ومدى التزامهم بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، بينما أثبتت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معدل اعتماد الصحفيين عينة الدراسة على العمل عن بُعد خلال الجائحة، وتقيمهم للضغوط التي تعرضوا لها<br/>

Summary, etc.	This study sought to monitor, describe, analyze, and explain the impact of working remotely on journalists' performance in paper and electronic newspapers during the coronavirus pandemic for a sample of 200 Egyptian journalists in newspapers and press websites, Who worked remotely during the coronavirus pandemic, using the theory of social responsibility and the theory of social cognitive occupations, To know how much they are committed to social responsibility during the pandemic, and if the work environment and the pressures surrounding them have an impact on their self-development and skill. <br/><br/>The study found several important findings, notably that remote work improved the performance of journalists in the sample study by 35%. The performance of 33.5% of them was not affected by its application. The performance of 31.5% of them decreased. In addition, it brought about a change in the mechanisms for dealing with and choosing topics to match it: Provide follow-up to daily events, followed by tracking and validating social media posts, and then paying attention to what the public is looking for (Trend) The study also revealed that there is no statistically significant correlation between journalists' dependence on remote work during the pandemic and their commitment to social responsibility, while the study demonstrated a statistically significant correlation between journalists' dependence on remote work during the pandemic and their assessment of the pressures they experienced.<br/><br/>
