| Summary, etc. | هدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتخفيف حدة بعض المخاوف الحسية لدى الأطفال ذوي طيف الذاتوية، اتبع البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة، طبق البحث على عينة من الأمهات وعددهم (8) أمهات تتراوح أعمارهن (24-38) سنة، وأطفالهن من ذوي اضطراب طيف الذاتوية وعددهم (8) أطفال من الذكور والإناث تتراوح أعمارهم (5-7) من مركز الدعوه لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمنشية ناصر/ محافظة القاهرة، وأعتمد البحث على الأدوات التالية: مقياس جيليام لتشخيص اضطراب طيف الذاتوية (إعداد/ عادل عبد الله وعبير أبو المجد، 2020)، ومقياس المخاوف الحسية لأطفال طيف الذاتوية (إعداد/ الباحثة)، وبرنامج إرشادي لأمهات أطفال طيف الذاتوية للتخفيف من حدة المخاوف الحسية لدى أطفالهن (إعداد/ الباحثة)، وأسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية البرنامج الارشادي المستخدم للأمهات للتخفيف من حدة بعض المخاوف الحسية (اللمسية، والشمية، والتذوقية) لدى أطفالهن ذوي طيف الذاتوية، كما ظهر من نتائج القياس القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية، وكذلك استمرار فاعلية البرنامج كما أظهرت نتائج القياس التتبعي، كما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات لدراسات وبحوث لاحقة. |

| Summary, etc. | This study aimed to test the effectiveness of a new program prepared for mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder to reduce the intensity of some sensory fears of their children. The program was done according to the Quasi- experimental method (one group). The selected studied (8) mothers were aged (24 – 38 years), having (8) children (Male and Female) with autism spectrum disorder and aged (5-7) years. The Study was carried out at El-Dawah center for special needs people, Monshaat Nasser, Cairo governorate. The statistical descriptive method was applied using the Jeliam scale for diagnostic of the autism spectrum disorder (prepared by Adel Abd-Allah and Abeer Abu-El-Magd, 2020). As well as the sensory fears scale for children with autism spectrum disorder (prepared by the researcher), and the counseling program for mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder (prepared by the researcher). The recorded results before and after the application of the new program for mothers illustrated that; the intensity of sensory fears (Touching, Smelling, and Tasting) was reduced among their children with autism spectrum disorder. The improvement occurred due to the application of the tested program for mothers continued after one month if the end of application. |
