| Summary, etc. | تنبع أهمية هذه الرسالة من أهمية معرفة تأثير الحروب الهجينة على الأمن القومي للدولة المصرية خلال الفترة (2011-2023)، وكذا التعرف على استراتيجيات الدولة المصرية لمواجهة الآثار السلبية الناتجة عن الحروب الهجينة والتي تستهدف تهديد الأمن القومي المصري. وفي النهاية خلصت الرسالة إلى أنه استخدمت الحروب الهجينة خلال فترة الدراسة كوسيلة لتهديد الأمن القومي المصري وذلك من خلال المساهمة في الترويج لارتفاع الأسعار، وتشجيع المستثمرين لسحب استثماراتهم خارج البلاد، وارتفاع أسعار المحروقات وذلك بهدف إضعاف قيمة الدخول الحقيقية وإحراج النظام السياسي. ولكن سعت الحكومة إلى استخدام سياسات عديدة من شأنها المواجهة والتصدي لمثل هذه الآثار السلبية، والتي منها : وضع استراتيجية أمنية للقضاء على الإرهاب في سيناء وفي المنطقة الغربية. وضع العديد من الاستراتيجيات الإعلامية بهدف مواجهة الشائعات والقضاء عليها، ومنها استراتيجية مركز دعم واتخاذ القرار التابع لمجلس الوزراء المعني بالرد على الشائعات التي تهدد الأمن القومي المصري. قيام الدولة بالعديد من المشاريع الاقتصادية، وفي مقدمتها تكافل وكرامة ومبادرة حياة كريمة، وكذا مشروعات البنية التحية والتي الهدف منها النهوض بالارتقاء بمستوى الدخل الفردي والارتقاء بمستوى الاقتصاد المصري . تبني الدولة المصرية استراتيجية تجديد الخطاب الديني والتي الهدف منها القضاء على الأفكار المتطرفة لدى بعض الشباب التي تمثل معول الهدم الأول لتماسك الدولة المصرية. |

| Summary, etc. | In the end, the thesis concluded that hybrid wars were used during the study period as a means to threaten Egyptian national security by contributing to the promotion of high prices, encouraging investors to withdraw their investments outside the country, and the rise in fuel prices, with the aim of weakening the real income value and embarrassing the political system. However, the government sought to use many policies that would confront and address such negative effects, including:-Developing a security strategy to eliminate terrorism in Sinai and the western region. Affiliated to the Council of Ministers concerned with responding to rumors that threaten Egyptian national security.-The state's implementation of many economic projects, foremost of which are solidarity, dignity and a decent life initiative, as well as infrastructure projects, the aim of which is to advance the level of individual income and raise the level of the Egyptian economy.-The adoption of the Egyptian state The strategy of renewing religious discourse, whose aim is to eliminate extremist ideas among some young people, which represent the first means of destroying the cohesion of the Egyptian state. |
