| Summary, etc. | The current research investigated the impact of using an e-training environment for developing capstone teaching skills for STEM teachers in Egypt. The participants were 27 STEM teachers chosen randomly from Obour STEM School; they were selected and randomly reformed into one experimental group; they trained during the 1st semester of the scholastic year 2023-2024 to develop their Capstone teaching skills. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher utilized two instruments as follows: (Capstone Achievement Test—Capstone Observation Card) Quantitative results revealed significant mean differences between the scores of participants at level (0.05 ≥) in the pre-post testing procedures in favor of the post-tests for both dependent variables (achievement and skills). Quantitative results also emphasized the impact of using an e-training environment for developing capstone teaching skills for STEM teachers in Egypt. Therefore, the researcher recommended employing the suggested e-training environment for training STEM teachers. |

| Summary, etc. | هدف البحث الحالي لاستكشاف أثر استخدام بيئة التدريب الإلكترونية على تنمية مهارات تدريس المشروعات التطبيقية Capstone لمعلمي العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات STEM في مصر. تم اختيار 27 معلمًا من مدارس العلوم والتكنولوجيا من مدرسة العلوم والتكنولوجيا بالعبور. تم اختيار العينة بشكل عشوائي وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعة تجريبية واحدة. تلقوا تدريبًا خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من السنة الدراسية 2023-2024 لتنمية مهاراتهم في المشروعات التطبيقية. ولتحقيق هدف البحث، استخدمت الباحثة أداتان للبحث كما يلي: (اختبار تحصيل مهارات المشروعات التطبيقية - بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات المشروعات التطبيقية). أظهرت النتائج الكمية فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥) في بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي بالاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة لملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أكدت نتائج البحث أيضًا التأثير الإيجابي لاستخدام بيئة التدريب الإلكترونية على تنمية مهارات تدريس المشروعات التطبيقية لدى لمعلمي العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات في مصر. وبناءً على ذلك، أوصت الباحثة باعتماد بيئة التدريب الإلكترونية في تدريب معلمي العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات. |
