| Summary, etc. | The study dealt with the opinions of Imams Abu Ishaq Al-Shirazi Al-Shafi’i (d. 476 AH) and Alaa Al-Din Al-Samarqandi Al-Hanafi (d. 540 AH) regarding punishments and crimes, a comparative jurisprudential study.<br/>This study came in an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter: Introduction to Imams Shirazi and al-Samarkandi and their eras. The second chapter: The opinions of Imams Shirazi and al-Samarkandi in the chapter on punishments. The third chapter: The opinions of Imams Shirazi and al-Samarkandi in the chapter on crimes. Finally, a conclusion came, which included the most important matters. The results reached by the researcher.<br/> |
