| Summary, etc. | استهدفت الدراسة إلى استعراض أحكام جرائم الأموال وعقوباتها في الفقه الإسلامي مقارنة بالقانون النيجيري؛ لإبراز ما يتميز به كل منهما، وما يصلح العمل به لتحقيق التكامل في مكافحة جرائم الاعتداء على الأموال، لا سيما بعد تقديم قانون العقوبات الشرعية في نيجيريا، عام 2000م.<br/>وقد اعتمدت الرسالة على الكتب الفقهية في المذاهب الأربعة: الحنفية، والمالكية، والشافعية، والحنابلة، أما القانون النيجيري المقارن به؛ فهما: قانون العقوبات الشرعية(Shari’ah penal code)، وقانون العقوبات(penal code).<br/>وقسمت الرسالة إلى مقدمة، وفصل تمهيدي، وبابين، وخاتمة، ثم الفهارس؛ فتناول الفصل التمهيدي: التعريف بجرائم الاعتداء على الأموال وعقوباتها، والباب الأول: الأحكام الموضوعية والإجرائية في الاعتداء على الأموال، والباب الثاني: الأحكام الخاصة بجرائم الاعتداء على الأموال<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | The Study aimed to review the provisions of crimes against Property and their penalties in Islamic jurisprudence in comparison with Nigerian law. To view the difference between the two, and to view the possible ways of and measures that should be taken into consideration in other tackling these kind of crimes, especially after the introduction of the Sharia Penal Code in Nigeria, in 2000 AD.<br/>The thesis relied on the jurisprudential books of the four schools of thought: Hanafi, Maliki, Sha’fii, and Hanbali. Likewise the Nigerian law; on: the Sharia Penal Code, and the Penal Code.<br/>The thesis was divided into an introduction, an introductory chapter, two main chapters, conclusion, and indexes. The introductory chapter: discusses definition of crimes against property and their punishments, while the first chapter discusses: The substantive and procedural provisions regarding crimes against property, and the second chapter on: specific provisions for crimes against property.<br/> |
