Summary, etc. The problem of water scarcity is considered one of the most important problems at the present. Therefore, a field 1313experiment was conducted on wheat and quinoa plants. Wheat and quinoa, to reaching the highest productivity and the highest efficiency of water use. A neutron scattering device to estimate ground humidity and measure Actual evapotranspiration. Oxygen-18 technology was also used to separate evapotranspiration into evapotranspiration from the soil surface and transpiration from the plant, in the evapotranspiration process. The experiment was conducted under three levels of irrigation, and measuring the productivity and efficiency of water use for each treatment.

Summary, etc. تعتبر مشكلة الشح المائي من أهم المشكلات في الوقت الراهن نظرا للتغيرات المناخية .تستهلك الزراعة أكثرمن ثلثي كمية المياه في مصرلذلك تم عمل تجربة حقلية علي نباتي القمح والكينوا القمح كمحصول إستراتيجي هام والكينوا كمحصول واعد عالي القيمة الغذائية بهدف الوصول لأعلي إنتاجية وأعلي كفاءة لإستخدام المياه . .تم إستخدام جهاز التشتت النيتروني بعد الري وقبل الري التالي لتقدير الرطوبة الأرضية وقياس البخر نتح الحقيقي .كما تم إستخدام تقنية الأكسجين-18 لفصل البخر نتح إلي البخر من سطح التربة والنتح من النبات بهدف معرفة ما يستهلكه النبات في عملية النتح وما يفقد من ماء من سطح التربة في عملية البخر وتمت التجربة تحت ثلاث مستويات من الري وهي 100%و80%و60% وقياس إنتاجية وكفاءة إستخدام المياه لكل معاملة .
