Chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitam.) is an ornamental plant that has high economic value, it has a great demand domestically or abroad. A trial was consummated at Postharvest Lab of Ornamental Plants and Landscape Gardening Research Dept., Hort. Res. Inst., ARC during 2020 and 2021 seasons to improve quality of Chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitam.) cv. "White Zembla" cut flowers. Experiment 1 through studying the effect of holding solutions including Distilled water (DW) which was used as a control, sucrose (Suc) (3%, 5%), Benzyladenine (BA 15, 25 ppm), Aluminium sulfate (Al2(SO4) 7.5, 10 mg/l), Extract of Moringa oleifera leaves (Mor 2, 5 g/l ) and Extract of Punica granatum (PGE10, 20 mg/l) to identify the best treatments to increase flower vase life and other related characteristics of cut chrysanthemum. Experiment 2 the effect of pulsing solutions including AgNO3 (25 ppm) for (30m), sucrose (2%), citric acid (200 ppm) for (24h) after that put them in the same previous holding solutions in Exp.1 in Holding solutions. The obtained data exhibited that all experiments improved a marked increment in the studied characteristics compared to that registered in distilled water (control). In this respect, Exp.1: the utmost high values of vase life, diameter of cut flowers, general appearance, Fresh weight change (FWC%), water uptake rate, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoids, total, reducing and non-reducing sugars (%) were treatment of chrysanthemum cut flowers by holding solution contain PGE (10mg/l) followed by PGE (20 mg/l). Exp.2: Treating cut flowers with pulsing solution containing AgNO3 (25 ppm) for(30m) and then transferring to sucrose (2%) + citric acid (200 ppm) solution for (24h) improved all properties compared to distilled water. pulsing chrysanthemum cut flowers containing AgNO3 (25 ppm) for(30m) and transferring to sucrose (2%) + citric acid (200 ppm) solution for (24h) after that putting them in (PGE10mg/l) extract as a holding solution was better than the extract alone. Therefore, treatment of chrysanthemum cut flowers with pulsing solution containing AgNO3 at 25 ppm for 30 min and then transferring to sucrose (2%) + citric acid (200 ppm) solution for (24h) then putting them in the holding solution pomegranate peel extract (PGE10mg/l) extract is recommended. |

الكريزانثيمم هو نبات زينة له قيمة اقتصادية عالية، وهو مطلوب بشكل كبير في الداخل والخارج. اجريت هذة الدراسة في قسم بساتين الزينة كلية الزراعة جامعة القاهرة واجريت التجارب العملية في معمل معاملات ما بعد الحصاد لنباتات الزينة وقسم أبحاث البساتين الحدائق النباتية ، بمركز البحوث الزراعية بالجيزة خلال موسمي 2020 و 2021 لتحسين جودة صنف Chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitam)). زهور القطف "الزمبلا البيضاء" التجربة الأولى من خلال دراسة تأثير محاليل القابضة ومنها الماء المقطر (DW) الذي استخدم كعنصر كنترول، السكروز( 3% ، 5%)، البنزيل أدينين (15، 25 جزء في المليون)، كبريتات الألومنيوم (7.5، 10 ملجم / لتر)، مستخلص أوراق المورينجا ( 2، 5 جم / لتر) ومستخلص قشر الرمان (10، 20 ملجم / لتر) لتحديد أفضل المعاملات لزيادة عمر الازهار في الفاز والخصائص الأخرى ذات الصلة بازهار الكريزانثيمم المقطوفة. التجربة الثانية تأثير المحاليل النبضية بما في ذلك نترات الفضة 25 جزء في المليون) لـمدة (30ق)، سكروز (2%)، حامض الستريك (200 جزء في المليون) لمدة (24 ساعة) بعد ذلك وضعها في نفس محاليل السابقة في التجربة الأولى في المحاليل القابضة. أظهرت البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها أن جميع التجارب أدت إلى زيادة ملحوظة في الصفات المدروسة مقارنة بتلك المسجلة في الماء المقطر (الكنترول) التجربة 1 : المحاليل القابضة أظهرت أن جميع التجارب تحسنت وادت زيادة ملحوظة في الصفات المدروسة مقارنة بتلك المسجلة في الماء المقطر (الكنتترول). ، قطر الازهار المقطوفة، المظهر العام، التغير في الوزن الطازج ,عمر الازهار ، معدل امتصاص, الماء، كلوروفيل أ، كلوروفيل ب، الكاروتينات، السكريات الكلية والمختزلة وغير المختزلة (%) تمت معاملة أزهار الكريزانثيمم بمحلول يحتوي مستخلص قشر الرمان (PGE10mg/l) يليه (PGE20mg/l).التجربة 2 : تمت معاملة أزهار قطف الكريزانثيمم بمحلول نبضي يحتوي على نترات الفضة 25) جزء في المليون) لمدة (30 ق) ثم نقلها إلى السكروز (2%) + محلول حامض الستريك (200 جزء في المليون) لمدة (24 ساعة) أدى إلى تحسين جميع الخواص مقارنة بالماء المقطر. نبض أزهار الكريزانثيمم المحتوية على نترات الفضة 25) جزء في المليون) لمدة (30 ق) ونقلها إلى سكروز (2٪) + محلول حامض الستريك (200 جزء في المليون) لمدة (24 ساعة) بعد ذلك وضعها في مستخلص قشر الرمان (PGE10mg/l) كمحلول قابض أفضل من المستخلص وحده .لذلك معالجة أزهار قطف الكريزانثيمم بمحلول نبضي يحتوي على نترات الفضة 25) جزء في المليون) لمدة (30 ق) ثم نقلها إلى محلول السكروز (2%) + حامض الستريك (200 جزء في المليون) لمدة (24 ساعة) ويوصى باستخدام مستخلص قشر الرمان (PGE10mg/l) في المحلول القابضة.<br/> |
