Summary, etc. Breast density is an important risk factor for breast cancer that also affects the specificity and sensitivity of screening mammography.<br/>Over the last several decades, mammography has played an important role in breast cancer screening but the mammography results could be misinterpreted due to overlapping breast glandular tissue. This can lead to increase recall rate and false positive results.<br/>Advances in the AI technology have led to techniques that can aid the radiologist to increase breast cancer detection, estimating the breast density and increase in sensitivity, specificity and a reduction in recall rate and reading time.<br/>Our study showed that there was a very good agreement between artificial intelligence and researcher 1 in evaluating the mammographic breast density meanwhile it showed moderate agreement between artificial intelligence and researcher 2.<br/>we can say that artificial intelligence has a comparable performance for reading (ACR) breast density and categorization of breast density.

Summary, etc. تعتبر زيادة كثافة الثدى من اهم عوامل الخطر لسرطان الثدى و ايضا تؤثر على مدى دقة و حساسية فحص الماموجرام.<br/>لعب فحص الماموجرام دور محورى على مدار العقود الاخيرة فى تشخيص سرطان الثدى ولكن بعض النتائج يمكن ان تكون مضللة خاصة اذا كانت كثافة الثدى عالية مما يمكن ان يزيد من فرص التشخيص الخاطىء و طلب اعادة الفحص لغير الضرورة.<br/>ساعد التطور فى تقنيات تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعى فى مساعدة اطباء الاشعة فى تشخيص سرطان الثدى و تقييم كثافة الثدى بالاضافة الى زيادة حساسية و دقة فحص الماموجرام و تقليل وقت قراءة الفحص ومن ثم خفض معدل اعادة الفحص.<br/>اظهرت هذه الدراسة نسبة توافق جيدة جدا فى تقييم كثافة الثدى فى فحص الماموجرام ما بين الذكاء الاصطناعى و الباحث الاول فى حين كانت نسبة التوافق معتدلة ما بين الذكاء الاصطناعى و الباحث الثانى.<br/>ومن ثم يمكن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعى كأداة مساعدة لطبيب الاشعة فى فحص الماموجرام لقياس كثافة الثدى.
