| Summary, etc. | 45 participants diagnosed with chronic grade III knee OA, aged 40-55 years. Participants were randomly assigned into three groups (n=15/group): RP group: RP program (straight leg raise, isometric quadriceps, isometric hip adduction, terminal knee extension, semi-squat, and leg press). RPRW group: The same RP program, in addition to the RW program. RPWBV group: The same RP program, in addition to WBV training. Quadriceps muscle torque was assessed using a Hand Held Dynamometer, quadriceps muscle endurance was assessed using the Fatigue Resistance Test, knee functional mobility was evaluated using the Time Up and Go test, and Knee functional disability was assessed using the Arabic version of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (ArWOMAC) at baseline and after six weeks. |

| Summary, etc. | شارك في هذه الدراسة 21 ذكرًا و 24 أنثى يعانون من مرض التهاب العظمى المفصلى المزمن من الدرجة الثالثة بالركبة، أعمارهم بين 40 و 55 عامًا. تم تصنيف الحالات إلى 3مجموعات متساوية بشكل عشوائي (أ، ب، ج). حصلت المجموعة أ على برنامج علاج طبيعي تقليدي (تمرين عضلات الفخذ متساوي القياس، تمرين رفع الساق المستقيمة، تمرين تقريب الورك متساوي القياس، تمرين تمديد الركبة الطرفية، تمرين شبه القرفصاء، وتمرين الضغط على الساق). حصلت المجموعة ب على نفس برنامج العلاج الطبيعي التقليدي ثم برنامج المشي الرجعي. حصلت المجموعة ج على نفس برنامج العلاج الطبيعي التقليدي ثم تمرين اهتزاز الجسم بالكامل. <br/><br/> |
