| Summary, etc. | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير الأداء المهنى لأعضاء هيئة التدريس فى ضوء تحديات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وذلك من خلال تحليل الأدبيات المرتبطة بالموضوع، ورصد الأداء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وذلك من خلال تحديد مفهوم الأداء المهنى، وأهمية التنمية المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأهدافها ومبرراتها، ثم التعرض لمتطلبات الأداء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في ضوء رؤية مصر2030، ثم التعرض للثورة الصناعية الرابعة وانعكاساتها على الأداء المهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتعرف جهود الجامعات لمواجهة تحديات عصر الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. واستطلاع رأى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات النظرية والعملية بجامعة القاهرة، وذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية، ووضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء المهنى لأعضاء هيئة التدريس فى ضوء تحديات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة ، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على عدة مرتكزات أساسية، وتخطيط مخطط زمني لآليات تنفيذها.<br/>أدوات البحث:<br/>1- استبانة ، المقابلات.<br/>عينة البحث:<br/>يتمثل المجتمع الأصلي للبحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من الكليات النظرية والكليات العملية بجامعة القاهرة، كلية العلوم(1235)، كلية الإعلام(304)، كلية الهندسة(1596)، كلية الدراسات العليا للتربية(178)، وإجمالى العينة للمجتمع الأصلى يبلغ عددهم (3313) عضو هيئة تدريس بالكليات محل التطبيق، وفقًا لإحصاء العام الدراسي 2022-2023م وقد تم انتقاء العينة العشوائية غير المنتظمة، والبالغ عددها (421) عضو هيئة تدريس، وقد تم استبعاد (75) استمارة لعدم استكمال البيانات وعدم صلاحية الاستبانة للإحصاء، حيث صارت العينة (346) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من الكليات النظرية والكليات العملية بجامعة القاهرة، وهذا ما يمثل نسبة (10.44%) من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | The present research aimed to develop the professional performance of the staff members in the light of the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution challenges. This was through the analysis of the related literature and monitoring the professional performance of the staff members. This was through identifying the concept of professional performance, the importance of professional development for the staff members, its objectives and its rationale and exposing to the requirements of professional performance of the staff members in the light of Egypt vision 2030. The study was also exposed to the fourth revolution and its reflexions on the professional performance of the staff members and identifying universities efforts to confront the challenges of the age of the fourth industrial revolution. Exploring the opinions of the staff members of the theoretical and practical faculties at Cairo University was through the field study and deciding a proposed vision for developing the professional performance of the staff members in the light of the fourth industrial revolution challenges through depending on several basic principles, and deciding a timetable for implementation mechanism. |
