Summary, etc.	In this study, Staphylococcus. aureus and S. cohnii strains were chosen, isolated and identified according to vitek. Of 28 antibiotics chosen, S. aureus was resistant to 7 antibiotics, moderately sensitive to 12 antibiotics and sensitive to 9 antibiotics. And of 15 chemical elements applied, it was resistant to 12 elements and only 3 elements gave low sensitivity of inhibition zone about 6 or 7mm on the other hand S. cohnii was resistant to 8 antibiotics, moderately sensitive to 9 antibiotics and sensitive to 11 antibiotics. And of 15 elements, it was resistant to 8 elements, sensitive to 2 elements and moderately sensitive to 5 elements.<br/> Mixtures of antibiotics and chemical elements in different concentrations were prepared and used to control the growth of the two strains, the results had shown that after using the different mixtures, the two strains became sensitive to the antibiotics to which the bacteria were resistant of inhibition zones reaching 20 and 30 mm, while in case of antibiotics to which bacteria were sensitive or moderately sensitive, after mixing the antibiotics with elements, some of mixtures had a synergistic effect on the growth of bacteria in which the inhibition zones were increased ranging between 10 – 39 mm and the other had an antagonistic effect on the bacterial growth in which the inhibition zones were decreased ranging between 6 – 27 mm.

Summary, etc.	ميكروجرام، سيفادروكسيل 30 ميكروجرام، سيفالكسين 30 ميكروجرام وأمبيسيلين 20 ميكروجرام)، كما أظهرت حساسية متوسطة لاثني عشر مضادًا حيويًا (فانكومايسين 30 ميكروجرام، نيتروفورانتوين 300 ميكروجرام، سيفوبيرازون 30 ميكروجرام، سيفترياكسون 30 ميكروجرام، دوكسي سيكلين 30 ميكروجرام، أزيثروميسين 15 ميكروجرام، تتراسيكلين 30 ميكروجرام، ريفامبيسين 5 ميكروجرام، أموكسيسيلين 30 ميكروجرام، سيفوتاكسيم 30 ميكروجرام، سيفيبيم 30 ميكروجرام و آم أوكسيسيلين/فلوكلوكساسيللين 15 ميكروجرام) وكانت العزلة حساسة لتسعة مضادات حيوية (تريميثوبريم/سلفاميثازول 25 ميكروجرام ، جنتاميسين 10 ميكروجرام، نيومايسين 30 ميكروجرام، أوفلوكساسين 5 ميكروجرام، كليندامايسين 5 ميكروجرام، ليفوفلوكساسين 5 ميكروجرام، سيبروفلوكساسين 5 ميكروجرام، سيفرادين 30 ميكروجرام وسيفوبيرازون/سولباكتام 20/10ميكروجرام).<br/> وفي حالة S. cohnii كانت العزلة مقاومة لثمانية مضادات حيوية (أمبيسيلين/سولباكتام 20/10 ميكروجرام، سيفاكلور 25 ميكروغرام، سيفتازيديم 30 ميكروغرام، أموكسيسيلين 30 ميكروغرام، سيفترياكسون 30 ميكروغرام، سيفوتاكسيم 30 ميكروغرام، سيفيبيم 30 ميكروغرام وأمبيسيلين 20 ميكروغرام)، كما كانت متوسطة الحساسية مع تسعة مضادات حيوية (فانكومايسين 30 ميكروغرام، سيفوبيرازون 30 ميكروغرام، سيفالكسين 30 ميكروغرام، دوكسيسيكلين 30 ميكروجرام، أزيثروميسين 15 ميكروجرام، سيفادروكسيل 30 ميكروجرام، كليندامايسين 5 ميكروجرام ، كلورامفينيكول 30 ميكروجرام وأموكسيسيلين/فلوكلوكساسيللين 15 ميكروجرام) وحساسة لأحد عشر مضادًا حيويًا (تريميثوبريم/ سلفاميثازول 25 ميكروجرام، جنتاميسين 10 ميكروجرام، نيومايسين 30 ميكروجرام، أوفلوكساسين 5 ميكروجرام، ريفامبيسين 5 ميكروجرام، ليفوفلوكساسين 5 ميكروجرام، سيبروفلوكساسين 5 ميكروجرام، سيفرادين 30 ميكروجرام، سيفوبيرازون/سولباكتام 20/10 ميكروجرام، تتراسيكلين 30 ميكروجرام و نتروفورانتوين 300 ميكروجرام).<br/> عند خلط المضادات الحيوية مع العناصر الكيميائية تم الحصول على النتائج التالية، بالنسبة لبكتيريا S. aureus ، فإن خلط جميع العناصر مع المضادات الحيوية المقاومة للبكتيريا أعطى مناطق تثبيط مختلفة وصلت إلى (20 و 30 مم)، مع المضادات الحيوية متوسطة الفعالية، أعطى مناطق تثبيط تتراوح بين 6 - 26)) ومع المضادات الحيوية الحساسة، أعطت مناطق تثبيط تتراوح بين (6 - 39). من ناحية أخرى، بالنسبة لـS. cohnii ، فإن خلط جميع العناصر مع المضادات الحيوية المقاومة للبكتيريا أعطى مناطق تثبيط مختلفة تصل إلى 20 مم، ومع المضادات الحيوية متوسطة الفعالية، أعطى مناطق تثبيط تتراوح بين (6 - 27) ومع المضادات الحيوية الحساسة، أعطى مناطق تثبيط تتراوح بين (12 - 38) .
